Positive points: Good location, only a fifteen minute walk from the train station from the airport. nRoom was spacious. Bathroom was clean. Wifi was fast.
Review: Dr judul saya rasa dah ngerti la y. Tidak perlu saya jelaskan lagi. Jika sedang berhemat silahkan stay sini salah satu hotel budget terbaik di kota medan yg aksesny kemana2 gampang. Apalg cari makan wuihhh jangan tny. Banyak pilihan.
Positive points: the bed was comfortable, the room clean and the showers good even though quite small. the staff were great!
Negative points: the room was smelling like a mold so that was a bit uncomfortable.

Negative points: For this price I didn't have any expectations. Obviously if you hope for a Marriott-like experience you'll be disappointed. There were stains on the linens and on the towels, AC not that powerful, sometimes the staff didn't understand what I was asking for and Google translate or chatgpt didn't help (this happened with only 1 specific person though, the rest of the team were polite and helpful). Overall some repairs are badly needed.nnBut then again, for this price it kind of exceeded my expectations!
Review: The hotel looks good at the reception, probs double or more expenaive rooms are ok, but the evonomy single room is just a small room with Shared bathroom. Windows are towards inside the building, easy to be opened at almost maximum from the outside, it rather looks like a kios counter where I go to pay for a ticket, good there are curtains that can be opened even from the outside of the wondows are open. But if closed, the humidity is vety high, no AC, smell of humidity. Staff treated me well.
Positive points: Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Room cleaned everyday. Free water - refilled on ground floor.
Review: Kamarnya cukup bagus tapi AC agak trouble. Staff perempuan nya sama sekali tidak ramah ( yang menjaga pagi hari), kalau yang malam ( laki-laki) sangat baik dan banyak membantu. Penginapan ini cocok untuk solo traveler yang ingin menginap di tempat yang nyaman. Tapi jangan lupa membawa perlengkapan mendi Karna penginapan hanya menyediakan dua handuk saja. Jangan harapkan channel tv Karna isinya hanya iklan yang di ulang2. Overall bagus untuk menginap. Tidak cocok untuk yang ingin merasakan fasilitas. Harga cukup dapat terjangkau, memang tidak ada yang bisa di harapkan dari hotel seharga 200rb permalam.

Review: Good choice for a short stay. Location is close by to the malls, restaurants, markets, etc. Staffs are very helpful. There’s a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The shared bathroom doesn’t have a water heater.
Positive points: The staff are attentive. Clean. Shower gel. Free towel. Free filtered water.
Negative points: I didn't know it is a fan-only room until the check in time. They told me I could upgrade to AC if I pay double. The staff speak very basic English which prevents them from being helpful. This is perhaps the first guest house that didn't have a simple knife to lend for peeling fruit. The neighborhood is commercial with food prices double the prices of the residential neighborhood of Medan.

Negative points: The place far from attractions and streets, when you walking back on nights , feel quite danger, cause no people walk around, the public transport were far from hotel

Negative points: Air conditioner not strong. Water pressure low. No smoking area for customer's.
Review: I enjoyed Permata Inn. Good value for the money. There are no restaurants nearby and it is hard to walk anywhere. But, for one night, it was good. I would certainly go back.
