6.0 Overall a pleasant stay - Hana 29-10-2024

Positive points: The location of the building was pretty good and it was spacious! The layout of the room and the furnishings were good.

Negative points: The shower was very cold and hard to figure out how to work and I felt that there were a few areas that hadn’t been cleaned with the previous persons items in the bathroom and kitchen - a dirty rag in the kitchen and lots of crumbs on the table. There were very few amenities in the kitchen - no mugs despite having a hot water boiler.

Positive points: Spacious and clean Green Apartment. Well equipped facilities. good location. A bit strange but quite private model to checkin and checkout. Love it

Negative points: Key box with too small and old digits so a bit hard to open. No direct staff to help but helful direction online

Positive points: I was lost on the way to the house but the staffs was so supportive and patient to guide me, I appreciated . The room is clean, strong wừii. Very chill in the afternoon, only 20 meters to the West Lake, many cafeteria around

Positive points: I had a lovely stay at the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, she always asked me if there was any problem, and really willing to support me with my demands. The check-in process was smooth. The apartment is really nice, well-decorated, and equipped with all essentials. And the location is perfect—quiet and close to the West Lake. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again!

Review: The room is lovely, cozy, clean, and fairly well-equipped. There is a grocery store right next to the home, which is very convenient. The window view doesn't look out onto West Lake, but it's only a few minutes' walk away, and there are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The host is very helpful and replies to messages very quickly. We will definitely come back!

Negative points: Không có thang máy, rất khó khăn khi đi lại trong khi mình mang nhiều đồ phải bê tùe tầng 1 lên tầng 4

Review: Mình book căn studio vì thấy để description là 40m2 nhg thật sự phòng cũng chỉ tầm 20m2 thôi mà lại thiết kế khá bí bùng nên với giá cả ngày mình book + khu vực hồ tây thì chưa đáng. Mình có feedback trực tiếp với bạn host và biết dc tt diện tích phòng bị sai so với thực tế và sẽ chỉnh sửa lại. Phòng rất căn bản và k có thang máy, nên khá vất nếu các bạn nữ mang nhiều hành lý đi

Review: Chuyển từ Phố Cổ đến nơi này, chúng tôi nhận thấy đây là một vị trí tuyệt vời - một khu vực yên tĩnh và bình lặng với nhiều quán cà phê và nhà hàng, Hồ Tây tuyệt đẹp nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ từ bất động sản. Phòng sạch sẽ và dễ thương như mô tả, không quá rộng rãi nhưng đủ cho hai chúng tôi. Chúng tôi thực sự đã thưởng thức kỳ nghỉ của mình và rất muốn quay lại!
