Review: Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Da Nang. Lovely clean rooms and they staff were so kind and helpful.

Review: This property has had a number of issues. When we first checked in, the room had no working aircon. They changed our room and the aircon was working fine. The next morning, from 6am, there was a scheduled power outage with NO electricity - fan/aircon not working. When we called reception about this issue at 9am, we got told there was a scheduled power outage from 6am-5.30pm. They knew about this happening but did not tell us or have the courtesy to inform us yesterday when we checked in, or tell us BEFORE we raised the issue. They said they have a back up generator which the office is using and they will turn it on for us. Why this was not done to begin with is beyond us?! Why should guests be asking for electricity when they know the power is out and have a plan?!? After they turned it on, our AC in this second room was still not working. They tried multiple ways to no avail and asked us to change our room again and they tried to upgrade us to a VIP room but the aircon still did not work there. How can you have AC not working in 3 rooms and be charging guests for their stay?!? Later, they fixed the AC in the VIP room and we had no further issues. We were going to book another hotel but stayed because of the hassle of packing and moving again. Would not recommend this hotel. Only the VIP room is acceptable. Also, the security staff who was called as the handy man to fix issues showed us a lot of attitude, when we were right to demand for working AC. The other staff were polite and apologetic for our major inconvenience.

Positive points: Location is close to the main bridges, and lots of restaurants options nearby. The most comfortable bed that I have slept on during my whole 3 weeks stay in Vietnam.

Positive points: The service ,facilities and location were excellent for price paid.

Only check-in is 2pm , which for someone may be a problem, but they give me the room when I arrived one hour earlier.

Positive points: Location was great, central to all things Da Nang has to offer. The hotel room was clean, beds are comfortable. The roof top verandah was beautiful and well kept. Air conditioner was nice & cold. The hot water worked great for our showers. The staff were incredible and super helpful. Our bus dropped us off earlier than expected, and they accommodated us greatly and let us check in early — at 9am.
There was also an elevator, which is always a plus. I highly recommend this hotel!

Positive points: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was really close to the market and we walked to the restaurants and cafes. The mini fridge had really cold water so it was really nice to drink after coming back (and some water bottles even froze). The room was smaller than expected but overall good location.

Positive points: The hotel is very comfortable for a short stay. The location is close to the airport and the city centre. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Overall, my stay there was very pleasant. Great value for money, too.
