URI HOUSE, 1-2 BR tourism apt, 5' walk Dragon Bridge

Positive points: I had a wonderful experience staying at URI house and i highly recommend it for both short and longer stay. I only spent 1 night at my arrival in vietnam and chose it because of its location near the airport. I arrived late at night and had some issues with my mobile connection: the host was very supportive and helped me in all possible ways. Not just she helped by talking directly to the taxi driver, but she would be waiting for me at my arrival (midnight!), helped with check in and made sure we had all we needed. The flat is clean, well equipped, beds are super comfortable. There is a large fridge, too. Uri house is in a tiny, quiet, cute street and the building itself is beautiful. Our flat was on the second floor - lots of light and good ventilation. We loved everything about our short stay, and especially the kind, responsible and welcoming host!

Positive points: The room was huge and looked awesome! Vivi, the hostess, is the best – she's so helpful and clearly puts a lot of effort into her place. She gave us the lowdown on the best spots to eat and get stuff, and even helped us book a car to Hoi An. Everything went super smoothly thanks to her.

Review: Excellent location, nestled in a neighbourhood of cafes and eateries in central Da Nang. Well designed and spacious apartment. Helpful and welcoming host with seamless self check-in. Would 100% recommend for a budget friendly stay in Da Nang.

Review: The apartment is beautiful, located near the dragon bridge, on the city side, lots of restaurants around and places to hang out.
But the exceptional thing about this is the attentive care of the owner, Vi, who prepared an amazing list of food and travel recommendation and was always there to support us with every need we had.
We'd definitely be back!

Positive points: We enjoyed our stay at Uri House, especially because it was mostly raining and we could have a good time in this cozy place with lots of space and privacy. The host is very friendly and responsive, helping with solving the issues and making our stay even enjoyable.
The location of the property was completely fine for us, on an alley a bit remote from the main street, which is perfect as you’re also away from the loud noise.

A decent price for its location. Good to have space and some kitchen facilities. Cheap laundry service.
Cons
Hard to find initially despite instructions. Kitchen only had one pot to cook with. A bit of a walk to get places. Hot water difficult to regulate in shower.

Positive points: Owner Vivi was very friendly, helpful and prompt. Room was very clean, big and well decorated. Check in was smooth.

Positive points: 1 min walk to Baro coffee, must try coconut coffee here sprinkled with coconut shreds. Vi Vi excellent host with many recommended places for food massage coffee visitor spots and hired car. Clean rooms.
