An Bang Stilt House Villa

Review: Lovely open room with a short walk to the beach and we loved the breakfast every morning. Short walk to plenty of restaurants and if you walk to your left you will find a convenience store down at the corner, she always gave us free mangoes with our beers. Friendly family homestay with a cute dog. We had an upstairs room with large windows and the balcony area is really nice to sit out on at night. Would definitely stay again

Positive points: Kim was lovely. So welcoming and friendly, made breakfast and brought it up each morning and it was always amazing. The room we had was spacious, the house is close to some nice bars and the free bikes helped get you into the main center, about 5 mins if that or a 10 minute walk.

Review: Excellent location, Jen and the workers are lovely hosts with great English and communication over WhatsApp to help me. It is a beautiful room and a nice peaceful place, which feels safe. The air con is good and the bed is comfy! There is a mini mart close by too.

Breakfast each morning is so good! You can choose a meal / drinks from a menu and the time to have it outside your room upstairs on the balcony.

I just love how it is close to the beautiful An Bang beach! A 5-10 min walk which is perfect when it’s 36 degrees :)

Review: Our stay at Kim's Guesthouse was due to the good location and the owner Kim a 10 out of 10. They have bikes for free and Kim helps wherever she can. We got the best trip advices from her which didn't disappoint. We would recommend this Guesthouse to everybody who wants a relaxed and comfortable stay close to the beach.
The dog Lulu was also a very cute and well behaved girl.

Positive points: We loved this place so much we didn't want to leave! Kim was a wonderful, friendly host who can help you with anything you need while there. Breakfast was great, rooms were cool with comfy beds, free bikes to use and a sweet little neighborhood that is out of the touristy zone of Hoi An. The house dog, Lulu, and proximity to the beach were huge bonuses!

Review: So happy I found this place. Though it’s a little bit far from the ancient town, the warmth and hospitality of the owner will definitely make you come back. With the hotel being away from the busy streets, you can ensure a quiet night. Then, in the morning, you’ll wake up to a very delicious breakfast - cooked by the owner herself! And the WATER! ugh. Make sure you bring your water tumbler cause it’s definitely for keeps!

Review: This traditional style hotel hasn’t been open long but you would think it has been there for years. The owner Kim is the nicest person and runs the hotel so well adding personal touches as well as being a great source of information. The rooms are clean and have a very cute feel to them with everything you would need from a room.
Kim cooks homemade breakfast which she serves on the front balcony and was always very tasty and fresh, plus ready for us as soon as we got up.
The closest beach (very short walk away) is a local beach and really good if you want a chilled quiet day. Or if you’re looking for something a bit more lively you can walk or cycle a little further to An Bang beach which is a great place for dinner.
I would definitely stay here again!

Review: The accommodation is beautifully presented: huge rooms and beds, great decor and thoughtful touches. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of choice. Kim and her family were always friendly and on hand with helpful tips or more practical help if needed. The local beach is just a five min walk away and is perfect - there are a few sunbeds and a tiny cafe with cheap beers. If you want more of a buzz, the main drag of An Bang is only ten mins walk down the beach or main road. I can't really fault this place and if I'm ever back in Hoi An, I would probably stay here, rather than in the old town. Thank you Kim!
