Review: All the staff was very attentive (especially Lihn). Location to shops was really close.

Positive points: Accommodation is A-plus. Location just great, outside all the hassle but close enough to enjoy that if wanted. Staff is really fantastic.

Review: Lovely hotel, comfy bed, clean room and helpful friendly staff. We had an extra bed as it was three of us so the room was abit tight. Breakfast had variety. Hotel has own beach, large pool, spa and lovely grounds that was maintained daily. Great that there was regular shuttle to Hoi An old city. Pick up was always spot on. There’s also restaurants opposite the hotel. Thank you.

Review: Our family of 5 enjoyed 4 nights at Boutique Hotel Hoi An.
On arrival we did have an issue with our booking. We had booked for 5 people through Agoda, and submitted the ages of all children. On arrival we only had 4 beds, and were asked to pay significantly more for another bed. As we were expected to have our 5 year old in bed with us. This was apparently caused by an agent between Agoda and the hotel. After we complained through Agoda, after the first night, the hotel did give us an additional bed FOC. This did leave a slightly sour taste, but after this hiccup, we really enjoyed our stay. The pool is beautiful, the bars and spaces to relax are varied. The breakfast is good. The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. The regular shuttle in to town was reliable and very useful, although it is also very easy to get Grab taxi both ways if needed. We would definitely be back if in the area again.
