Review: Hassle free check in. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff were polite and helpful when we asked about how to use kakao app to book taxi for large family. Take note that there’s a bit of walking distance from exit 8 with elevator to the hotel. Will stay again if the price continues to be good.
Positive points: The location of this hotel is great. If you are Hongdae person, you will love this hotel. Compare to the room rate you paid with the location and the room with amenities.
Negative points: We booked for the small group. The deposit process was acceptable but quite weird.
Review: 1. The location is quite good, e.g. close to Hongdae station Gate No.1, ~ 10mins walking distancen2. There is swimming pool and gym room available for exercisen3. The staff at the front desk can speak fluent English which is very inpressiven4. The hotel room itself is very clean and tidynEnjoy our stay very much the these 6 days. Will consider choosing this hotel again when we come to Seoul in the future.
Positive points: It was in a convenient location
Negative points: It was dirty and old. The hallways were dark. They did not have all the lights on. The pool was empty. This property is a huge catfish. The images make it look grand but it’s basically a motel.

Negative points: Swimming pool acccess requires additional payment and the pool isn't available in the morning

Negative points: It's supposed to be a luxury hotel, but there is no breakfast, even if you pay on the side. You need to print a paper they charge you per page, not that it's a problem, but when you are having a 4 star hotel may be it should be included.

Negative points: The room design was a little off.nWe stayed in the suite which is quite big but the sleeping section was small and had no windows . nnAlso they asked for an extra fee for an early check-in even though the room was ready
Review: I booked this hotel thinking there is a beautiful pool on their website and gym facilities to use. The pool has dried up, there's no one fixing it and I dun see it operating in the foresee future. The gym is beyond basic, with only some weights and a treadmill. The room is of decent size but the air conditioner is quite loud and the room is not soundproof. The breakfast area is big, but variety is limited even though it is not a far walk to hongdae street with much more food.
Positive points: Nothing
Negative points: We booked this hotel based on the location and swimming pool. There was no information the pool is only for adults. The main reason we booked this particular hotel for our child to take him to the pool. So we had to change the hotel. We stayed there less than 2 hours. Waste of money
Review: The train station is about 8mins walk away. But definitely great value for money compared to the hotels nearer to the station. Clean and comfortable.
Positive points: The location was nice right next to Hongdae station the room was always clean
Negative points: The only issue we had during our stay was the air conditioning leaking which we had raised a complaint about but nothing was done about it
