Review: For someone who is quite selective of hotels, this is a place that I would return to.
Positive points: Check in and check out process was super easy, room was cleaned daily, was a comfortable size, and conveniently located. Very easy access to food stalls, shopping, restaurants and major sites. Bonus, luggage scale at front desk helped us prevent oversized baggage fees at airport.
Negative points: The onsite breakfast place never seemed to be open which would have been nice to get a quick breakfast but not a super big deal since it’s also close to good food spots like A Plus Cafe, Lotteria, Paik’s coffee, and Starbucks.
Review: GOOD
Positive points: The room was very spacious and clean, with large wide windows. The location is very close to the DDP plaza, this area has many restaurants and shops, also steps away from a subway stop. Lockers are available for guest luggage. Code entry locks on the door is convenient.
Negative points: No parking is available if you have a car. The cafe in the lobby doesn't seem to be active or open.
Review: The hotel was rather dimly lit and there were many stains on the bed headboard, chair (cushion) and other upholstery (carpet, etc). It would be good if some upgrading repairs could be done to better upkeep the room.nnEntrance is via a keyless entry which is both good and bad. If you arrive prior to the check in time you are required to pay for the lockers. Thankfully, the receptionist allowed us to check into another room but my friend who booked the same hotel wasn’t as lucky.nnA consolation is that it is located quite near to the green line (1 stop away from dongdaemon culture and history park station). nnWe booked the hotel during the Agoda sale so the price at which we got the hotel was reasonable.
Positive points: Quiet neighborhood
Negative points: The lights don’t light up the whole room/sink area so it is a bit dark. The shower water was cold sometimes or only heated up after being on for 15 minutes. Also the shower head makes the water very prickly on the skin so it is uncomfortable to shower
Review: The hotel staff though they’re not required to entertain us (guests) because technically there’s no front desk. But they’re so friendly with helping my friend and I who came in DRENCHED from the huge ass rain and allowed us to check in early (we did pay extra 10000won tho, but suck thumb we were alr drenched and tired from commuting). Plus they have a whatsapp business number so that in any case of emergency or request we can reach out to them and they’re very responsive! Overall the service added bonus to the stay!
Positive points: Location good, just crashed in for the night as i didn't want to travel back to my other hotel.
Negative points: Instant coffee, i missed. rnThere were 2 usb outlets but none was functioning. No charger available at reception.
Review: Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Had an issue with something I ordered but wasn’t delivered and front desk staff was helpful and helped me resolved the problem to get it delivered on the very night before my checkout. He even updated me when the items arrived while I was out at dinner. Very thoughtful service!
Positive points: Room was big.
Negative points: When we checked in at 22:30, there was no staff at the front desk even though it said staffing hours were until 11pm. Instead they put an unsealed envelope with my name on it on the kiosk machine out front. It had all my important information like my name, staying period, room number and even room door lock password. It made me think that any stranger could have taken my room, or worse, they could have taken my information and then returned later when I was sleeping or to steal my belongings. It was a serious security concern, and next day I saw they had posted other guests envelopes early in the day as well.
Review: Very high tech hotel. No card keys, you use your phone to unlock. Reception is small, but no issues. Room is huge. About 10 mins walk to the train station.
Positive points: Room price is not so expensive like other hotel but very nice, comfortable and clean.
Negative points: bathtub is so small, but clean

Review: I've stayed this hotel two days in Jan and Feb 2025. The system was good but the room was too small and there was a foul smell coming from the blanket. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Positive points: Room was clean and bathroom was clean and efficient. Water bottles provided daily, toothbrushes and slippers also provided. The front desk staff offered help with taxis, and shopping locations.
Negative points: The room was small and very little space between the beds and wall, difficult to get in and out of bed. The snack services offered when we booked were no longer open in the hotel (closed two months ago) and not expected to open again? (so no food or drinks were available at the hotel). Also a microwave in the room would have been nice. The lounge area we expected to have in the suite we booked, was six floors down on the main floor, and it had no bathroom or sleeping arrangements in it…I believe it was a set up as a party room! Therefore we couldn’t use it and we had to sleep three adults in two beds, not what we expected!! Also there were no restaurants nearby the hotel. nI would not book this hotel again, as it did not meet our needs.
