Positive points: Lovely room with a lovely host. Ngoc was really sweet and made sure I had enough water to keep me hydrated during the hot weather. The room was extremely clean which I loved. No bugs and good A/C. Location is a short walk or grab away from Old Town so sleeping wasn’t an issue. Close to restaurants and ATM. You get great value for your money.
Negative points: Nothing. All was good.

Positive points:
Ngoc and her family are the kindest people! Very friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and everything is new and super clean!
The location is perfect, short walk or bike ride from the city center and there's nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
Negative points: Everything was perfect! Thank you very much for your kindness!
Positive points: Had a great stay here! Rin and Ngoc were fabulous hosts and so welcoming. Location is good, a little bit away from town, but close to some excellent cafes.
Positive points: The family were extremely friendly. Super accomodating and the children are very polite and well behaved. The property is like a mix between hotel and homestay. Any problems or advice then they were more than happy to assist, would definitely recommend!
Positive points: The room has balcony & windows, AC work very well ventilated and no smell. The toilet is beautiful, very clean and everything works perfectly. The villa not far to old town just 1,2km. It is about 50 meters from a local to get things needed and has local restaurants. The villa is managed by a very kind family, friendly and also very helpful. They also offer all the services you may need like booking bus tickets, laundry, rent bicycle, motorbike…

Positive points: very helpful owners for the villa, opened the gates even though we checked in at 1 am and helped us with our luggage
Positive points: Không gian rât sạch, anh chị chủ siêu nhiêt tình và tốt tính, chu đáo. Mình book đúng dip Tết nhưng giá phòng không tăng so với ngày thường, số tiền bỏ ra trên cả tuyêt vời. Vị trí ra phố cổ rất gần nha, gần nhiều điểm ăn uống, quán cafe xịn.
Negative points: Thật hoàn hảo hơn nếu phòng có 1 chiếc tủ lạnh nhỏ. Homestay mới chắc anh chị chủ đang dần hoàn thiện😊
