A25 Premium Hotel - 21 Nghia Tan

Review: I feel that the attitude of the receptionist was very good right from the check-in. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the sanitary facilities were generally of high quality. The air conditioning and other facilities were also very good. The basic amenities in the room were on par with hotels in the same price range, with the added bonus of providing a new toothbrush + toothpaste + razor + cotton pads + shampoo + body wash instead of the standard items found in other places. The room space was beautiful, adequately lit, and the curtains could be fully drawn for total darkness if needed. Overall, it is a place worth experiencing.

Review: I mistakenly booked the wrong date but made a new reservation anyway the room had a bad smell, the bedding was also smelly and not clean, the room claimed to have a window for ventilation but did not, it was stuffy. I contacted the front desk about the date mistake on the app but received no response and lost 100% of my money. I am quite disappointed.
