Review: I booked a room at 48 Phan Ke Binh. Having read some other negative reviews about no room available when guests arrived, I called to confirm my room would be ready. They said it was ready.nnArrived at the apt building at 9pm (it was raining), the operator told me they had no room for me . Rather than resolving the issue at hand, the operator asked me to hang up because she needed to “deal” with the previous operator who told me my room was ready.nnAfter a few calls back and forth, they told me to move to 81 Linh Lang, which is their other building nearby. I had no choice but moved. NO apology whatsoever. nnThe following morning, they called me again, asking me to move back to 48 PKB because the room I was staying was more expensive. What a joke.nnOne more thing: room was old but ok, but the bathroom was so dirty and moldy.nnnDo yourself a favor, don’t ever stay at any of their 22housing buildings.

Review: Chỗ ở thoải mái tại vị trí tốt trong khu phố Nhật Bản. Nhân viên dọn dẹp và làm thủ tục thân thiện. Có nước uống cung cấp, TV và tủ lạnh đông, cũng có tiện nghi nấu ăn. Rất tốt cho những cuộc lưu trú dài hạn. Yên tĩnh và bạn có thể ngủ ngon ở đây. Cảm ơn.

Positive points: The apartment has a balcony and natural views. Full and new equipment. The apartment is right on the street so it's easy to find.
