Review: Nice room , can't fault anything really

Positive points: The room was spacious, bright, and very clean.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, providing useful information about hotel services and nearby attractions. Their professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.

Review: I initially booked for 5 days and decided to stay much longer. The staffs are very helpful and kind. During my stay, they changed my room with street view which I highly recommand to do. But other room was great also, just view was next hotel. Gym facility has one smith machine which can do bench press and other simple lifting and roof pool is small but great city view around. Room size is good for 1 person, maybe 2. Recoomand booklarger room for 2 person if you are plan to stay in the room alot. Amazing value if you book during agoda promotion.

Review: If you get a room facing the street and it is great! Room facing side building has no view at all. Good size room and clean with no smell. Gym is basic but usable. Roof Pool is small but great view at night. Mostly staffs are more than willing gto help. I request to change room facing the street when they are available and they did it next day. So I extended my stay a week more here. Location is touristy but convenient. Close to the beach..5 min walk. Many place to eat around. Different vibe than My Ahn area which is more international expat vibe. Try both area!

Review: Hotel was amazing one of my favorites out here so far, internet was good, everything in the room was well taken care of and up to date, staff and cleaning ladys are amazing again this has been my favorite hotel so far!

Review: I don’t think you can beat the value of this place considering the comfort of the room and the amazing rooftop pool. There were quite a few stray hairs in the bed which wasn’t too pleasant but ultimately not an issue, and when raised with staff they offered for us to move to a different room. Great experience here, highly recommend

Positive points: Very nice staff. Always ready to help. I had some issues in the room and help was quickly there. Also the room maids helped me with buying a jacket which was really nice.

Clean room and bathroom. Location really good. Washing clothes possible for a small fee.

Review: I had my 2 night stay in elites hotel. The hotel room does not have basic item such as tissue. After housekeeping, my trash is still in the room. Mineral water are not top up. Last night, we had an uneventful encounter where other hotel guests (believed to be intoxicated) tried to open our room door several times. We called the reception but no action was taken. When we reach out to them, they claimed that they had checked but shared that no one was there. Cctv was also not in place but hotel staff claim that cctv is 'not working'. Stay at your own risk!

Positive points: The hotel room was nice, I love sleeping on a king size bed, room was nice and big, and the staff clean the room each morning, and we're super quick about it.

I can't say enough about the girls at the front desk, they go way above and beyond to help everyone out. To sum it up, their service is outstanding.

Location of the hotel was great, block and a half from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars, at first, I was going to go to hotel on the beach, I'm really glad I ended up here.
