Breakfast is so good too.

评价： Өглөөний цай сайтай. Өрөө гэрэлтүүлэг муухан шүү

优点： Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were small but that's the norm for Hanoi Old Quarter hotels. What really made our stay was the outstanding staff. Anna and the front desk team were really helpful. But everyone we encountered had a first class attitude and were very customer focused. I highly recommend the Scent Premium Hotel.

优点： The staff!

评价： My husband and I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is superb, very near to Hoan Kiem Lake and the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter.

Kudos to all the staff for giving their best and being so hospitable. Steve, Harry, Anna, and the rest made us all feel at home.

I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Hanoi in the next few years.

The staff is the heart of this hotel. Kudos to them!
