评价： Location is good but the room condition is old..

优点： There is a certainly a lot to like! Coming from Australia the staff's English and attention to detail was near perfect. Not to mention the amazing location, solid breakfast, charming hotel and overall strive for perfection. The facilities include tour desk, bar, rooftop, restaurant, spa to name a few. Honestly this tucked away hotel is a 10/10.

优点： The super power of this hotel is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Every person I came into contact with was exceptional. The location makes it easy to walk to most places i was interested in.

优点： The manager and his team worked seamlessly together to provide us with a great travel experience and first point of landing in Vietnam. We appreciated the personalised and caring style of the team. The hotel is very well located in Hanoi. We walked 20 km around Hanoi in a few days checking the sights and couldn’t fault this hotel at this price point. Plentiful breakfast set us up for the day. Tour desk was on point with suggestions and recommendations.

评价： The room was lovely. We initially had a problem with the bar fridge, but staff replaced. The shower takes forever to warm up, my only issue. The staff are amazing! The location is perfect!

优点： Location of the hotel was great. Nearby to the lake and weekend night market. Room was very clean and neat too. Breakfast had Pho noodles too

Exceptional service from the staff. From before check in till check out. From Hotel manager Jerry to all the staff including Sophie and all the other staff.

优点： Excellent location on a quiet street, yet close to all the action, shopping, restaurants, and sites. This hotel has it all. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was varied, extensive, and delicious- something for everyone. Downstairs bar evokes a speakeasy feel with well made cocktails. We had two of the best massages ever and very reasonably priced. Staff was incredible, helping us book tours and taxis. Jimmy, Jerry, Sophie, and Kao made our stay in Hanoi so memorable. They anticipated our needs and were a wealth of information and kindness. We used the hotel as a base and stayed 3 separate times over the course of a week. Each time they greeted us warmly and sincerely. We will so be coming back.

评价： Delightfully lit and decorated rooms, exceptionally comfortable. If only the sauna had been operational, it’s being replaced by a new dining facility. Thank you to the desk manager for finding us the best room, and the vase for the flowers I bought.

评价： The accommodations is balanced between cost and comfort, particularly the Junior Suite, which has generous space, a larger bed, and a bathroom complete with a bathtub—a pleasant rarity in comparison to some other hotels in the Old Quarter. The hotel's upper floors feature an array of amenities, including paid pool, jacuzzi, sauna pods, and massage/spa services, with breakfast served on the second floor and a cozy bar nestled below ground.

I must extend my gratitude to the hotel staff, notably Manh (Mike) and Du, for their exceptional care. Manh assists in a pleasant check in/out process and is exceptionally friendly. During an unfortunate incident of food poisoning, Mr. Du's swift actions to take me to my hospital ER visit on a motorbike at midnight and ensure clear communication with the medical staff were truly commendable.

In essence, Dal Vostro stands out as a hotel offering excellent facilities, ample room space ideal for individuals or couples, a prime location in Hanoi, and, most crucially, a level of service and support that promises a memorable stay and experience in Hanoi for all guests.

评价： The hotel is located at a quiet street, yet still walkable to and from the shops at Old Quarter. Only a few cars pass by the street, making it safer to walk around. The staff was very helpful with our queries, and helped us get last minute transportation to the airport. Very very pleased with our stay.
