评价： The receiptionist is so kind and very helpful, she is Cherry...we are a group and want to buy banh pia, she is very kind asking the shop to deliver the banh pia to hai bay...the breakfast is excellent!!

优点： We stayed at 805 Haibay Suite room. It was a perfect room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. It has balcony and you can see the city. We love it. Breakfast is good. Kai is very helpful and always be ready to help if you need.

优点： We stay at room 801 King Deluxe room (8th floor). It is back of the hotel. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a big bathroom.

评价： Walking distance to Hanoi city center, night market, Ho Hoan Kiem Lake, famous Michelin Pho 10 Restaurant and other tourist spots. This boutique hotel is well maintained and clean. Staffs are professional, nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great.

评价： Located on the outskirts of old quarters to the west. A bit of walk from the centre but still walkable. About 10 minutes walk to shoe street but it seemed longer because Hanoi streets are not pedestrian friendly. The hotel room that we got was spacious, clean, comfortable and near Hoan Kiem lake. Because it's off centre the streets are less crowded. There are a few bakeries and coffee joints nearby and an Indian restaurant just next door.

优点： The hotel was honestly beautiful for such a prime location and value for money. The photos are on point. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

优点： The room was a lot better after getting an upgrade from the King Room with a description that said window with a view. The view looks into another building so I definitely wouldn't call it a view.

评价： I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff members were very kind, friendly and helpful. Derek, Cherry, Kai and the rest are all amazing.
My only complaint is the checkin time of 2pm. I arrived on a morning flight at around 8am and had to shell out 25+ US dollars extra for early checkin which was quite disappointing. Besides, the room itself was windowless and it didn't have enough space to move around or do some much needed indoor exercise.

优点： Room and location are good. In terms of breakfast, I`m supposed that it`s better for everyone to have several menu.
