河内中心瑞享酒店 (Movenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre)

评价： It was a pleasant stay...room was fairly big, bright and clean. Water pressure of the shower was strong and good. Bed and pillows were comfortable but a little too soft for me, my other family members thought it was okay. This hotel is away from the busy Old Quarters, where much is happening...about 20 minutes walking distance to Old Quarters. My family and I preferred it this way, as it was far too busy, noisy and cramp to stay at Old Quarters.

评价： The staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are nice but the aircon is faulty. The bathtub is spilling at the side . The bidet in on the left side and hard to use. The food in the xmas dinner is great👍👍👍 The food in the room service not so.

优点： Really large rooms, excellent value for money.

评价： Overall was a pleasant stay at Movenpick Hanoi Centre, though slightly farther from Old Quarters, but able to wall around 20 mins to Old Quarters. Prefer to stay slightly away from Old Quarters as it's too noisy and busy at Old Quarters.
Only comment of Movenpick is that the lifts are rather slow.
Would certainly recommend.

优点： We went during Christmas holidays and the place was beautiful decorated and the staff were so warm and inviting.
Everyone was extremely helpful in suggesting things to do, or places to eat at and such. We loved the place, the hotel is very well located.
They even upgraded our rooms and we were very grateful to the staff.

评价： Room is cleaned but there is insufficient bottles of drinking waters in the room.
Room service did not replenished sufficient water and my room don’t have the drinking waters bottles supplied after my second day stay.
I feedback this to the lobby in the next morning .

优点： Situated in the old quarter. Conveniently situated within short walking distance to all the coffee shops and food places.

评价： Small space. Breakfast not included, and staffs are not professional and flexible to offer the solutions when needed.

优点： Mövenpick is really exclusive hotel. Very hight standard. Super service. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Beds are comfy. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Also location is great - Centre of old town - close to the train street, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum,etc.

评价： Free chocolate hour 5-6pm was enjoyable and the staff were very accommodating
