评价： This review is way overdue, but I couldn’t forget to share how special our stay at M Village Ho Guom was. From June 10-13, this beautiful hotel became the warmest welcome to Vietnam, making our first days in the country truly unforgettable.

A huge thank you to Trung, the manager, for ensuring everything was seamless during our stay. Vân, the lovely receptionist, was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a kind smile. In the evenings, Dũng and Tùng made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, adding to the exceptional experience.

I truly appreciated how conscientious the entire team was with all my requests, including arranging a motorcycle rental, which made exploring Hanoi so much easier. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made all the difference.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and in a fantastic location—perfect for discovering the city. The thoughtful service and genuine care from the staff truly made me feel at home. We especially loved the communal spaces!

Because of how amazing our experience was in this hotel, we only stayed at other M Village Hotels througout our visit to Vietnam's other cities.

Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay! We look forward to returning soon.

I really loved the room, it was very spacious.
Also the location is great and near hotspot areas.

评价： I just stay at M Village Hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. Since i was booking this through this app, all my check in - stay - check out experience was great. Even i book the small one, the room and the facilities are very good. Will stay here again if i got chance to come back to Hanoi.

优点： Despite the last-minute booking and need for early check-in, the staff were kind to accommodate my needs. The studio room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet (corner room at the end of the hallway, far from the elevator). The laundry facilities are easy to operate. The shared kitchen worked fine for me, since all I needed was a fridge to store the leftover fruit I bought.

评价： It looks like residence, not exactly hotel. But it gives like home feeling. The location is also good enough to access Hoan Kiem area.

优点： It’s cozy and beautiful color but we stayed in the small studio. Their bathroom is small for us, it’s mix with shower and toilet which is everytime you shower the toilet will always got wet.

优点： It was excellent value for money, everything is very clean, the facilities are fantastic (especially the shared kitchen and free laundry on the top floor), the rooms are cozy and comfortable.

But what made it special was the staff - communication was perfect, there was always someone at reception ready to help at any hour (day and night) or via WhatsApp. From helping us with restaurant reservations, finding shops and cobblers and a myriad of other random requests we had throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind to us, time and time again. We stayed twice on different dates and will always come back whenever we’re in Hanoi
