评价： We needed 1 night in Hanoi before continuing our journey on and chose Eclipse Legend Hotel as it was located near the bus departure terminal.

We were met with happy and friendly staff who offered us an upgraded room on arrival. Staff always happy to chat with us and offer suggestions where to eat food or how to navigate the city. Our travel SIM ran out of data and it was past 10PM and oke hotel staff was able to call a friend who owns a store and come and offer us new SIM cards at reasonable prices. Thank you so much for this!

评价： Before visited Sapa and Mu Cang Chai, I stoped by the hotel to leave my suitcase. Staff speaks nice English and very kind.
After being hack from Mu Cang Chai in the midnight, the staff could not find my suitcase. He doesn't speak English. He gave me a room key on the 5th floor, but the floor was dark and all the doors on 5F were open and all room are abandoned as not cleaned. I told him that uaing google translation, he was at a loss and guided me to a sister hotel, Alisa hotel, where is just opposite of the hotel. I could stay Alisa on that day. Staff of Alisa found ky suitcase and explained that another staff who soeaks English suddenly took sick leave on that day and they don't have other staff who speak English. The floor I got a key for a room will be under renovation soon, so looked abandoned. But considering those reasons, I can't recommend this hotel at all since some rooms don't have windows even they don't indicate so on their site Be careful, everyone.

评价： Good value, and a good location to explore Hanoi.

Sadly, the room was noisy and I could not get a decent night's sleep.

评价： When we arrived on our 1st day, we were informed that we need to stay in another hotel for a day and move back the following due to a computer problem. We already read this in some of the reviews, but the staff who accommodated us made sure that everything will be covered - from our room, for the transfer and pick up the next day. The facilities are clean, however the a/c in the room that we stayed seems to be mulfunctioning. But not big of a deal since we stayed mostly outside. The location is near all the landmarks and you can easily walk around the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we are well taken cared of. Overall, we had a good stay and experience.

评价： My urgent booking was processed quite quickly by Ms Hang although the hotel was fully booked. She offered us few hours of early checkin and was pretty active in calling us few times to make sure we’re ok.

评价： We returned this hotel after a month travelling.So surprised as they have renovated all the hotel,nice decorate rooms ,good restaurant prepairing for next month maybe.Staff is great,so helpful and cheerful like coming home.Difinitely it is good place for us,why have to find another somewhere else.Thank all for your hospility !
