评价： I booked this hotel for my honeymoon trip. But after arriving at the hotel we got disappointed after finding the room. It was too small to stay. The location of this hotel is very convenient but rooms are not preferable.
优点： Friendly and helpful staff. Good location . Good breakfast.
评价： Agree
优点： Location is great for French Quarter, Old Town and Railway Street. Staff very helpful.
缺点：
Surprised there was no window.
Food was a bit cold, including the coffee.
评价： I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff is very good and really near to the places.
优点： Very close to the lake
缺点： Not having
评价： The location is perfect, still around old quarter area and very strategic. You can find various shop right in front of the hotel (cafe, gift shop, restaurant, etc). The room properties are clean and the housekeeping was good as well. I satisfied during my stay here
优点： The location is great.
缺点： The room was very small, no space to put our backpacks, the rooftop bar was closed. Also, we were refused to get a refund for another room which we booked by mistake and contacted the hotel literally seconds after. We were told "sorry you booked online with a non-refundable rate". This lack of flexibility is unaceptable. Also, the staff doesn't speak english.
评价： The service was very poor and the morning breakfast was nothing and the take 150 vnd per person and give nothing
优点： Great location
缺点： No windows in bedroom
评价：
Hotel berada di tengah kota dan kamu mudah mencari makan atau berjalan ke katedral atau ke cafe..
Petugas sangat ramah dan sangat membantu memenuhi kebutuhanmu sampai membantu menyewakan motor juga…
Very affordable & recommended
优点： Staff are very accommodating and the Location is situated in a relatively quieter corner of the old quarter. Close to St Joseph Cathedral
缺点： Toilet and shower weird layout. But all good. Not a real issue
评价：
I have another booking with they couldn't accommodate due to technical issue that forced me to wait for almost 1 hour at the receptionist, who couldn't speak english at all.
The relocated hotel is dirty, unmaintained, and a bit scary since we couldnt find anyone around in lvl 4. The electricity is also down, so no choice but leave to another hotel. It's almost 11PM at the time.
优点： The staff were very helpful
评价： The hotel's cleanliness was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. We felt we got excellent value for money, and the facilities available met our expectations. Although the location was great, we did find the room a bit small for two people, although that might have been due to the size of the bed (it was big!)
优点： Excellent location peaceful leaving
缺点： Service excellenct
评价： Good location to hoan Kiem lake and short 1 night before returning home
优点： No
缺点： Bad service.
评价： Staff was really helpful. Their recommendations were very helpful. The location is great. Lake was at walking distance.
优点： Clean and spacious rooms. Cute hotel no issues at all
缺点： Probably a bit expensive for Hanoi standards for what ur getting
