评价： Showed me one room gave me another.

优点： Very cozy place

评价： the image is the room with balcony but my room didn’t have it. the room was quite smell. but the location was quite convenient cuz it is close to local food

优点： The place is super central and close to the train street and restaurants.

评价： Space: Temporary, with a lot of mosquitoes

Amenities: Poor, lacking a full-length mirror, clothes hanging rack, some walls are cracked and deteriorating. The TV remote does not work. The worst part is that the room door is broken, making it difficult to open.

Staff, reception: Very good, extremely attentive and hospitable, helped me keep my suitcase and took it up to the room, checkout.

Location: Good, located in the old town, very convenient for moving around and sightseeing.

Others: Renting a scooter at this hotel is quite cheap compared to places I've rented before, automatic scooters around 180k/day.

Conclusion: If everyone chooses a hotel based solely on being cheap and convenient for moving around, then this is a very reasonable place, as you won't be staying in the room much. As for everything else, just skip it.

评价： This hotel need to renovation, room dirty , light not bright , shower room , shower head has moldy… hard to sleep because so noisy ..

评价： I have a 3-day, 2-night business trip in Hanoi and was recommended the Bel Ami hotel. It's centrally located, affordable (I stayed for 2 nights for less than 1 million VND and even got cashback on Agoda), convenient for travel, and the staff is very enthusiastic and supportive. The toilet is clean with adequate water supply. However, for a short stay (1-2 nights), I recommend it, but for a longer stay, it may feel a bit uncomfortable as the double rooms are somewhat small and cramped, and the hotel is a bit old.

优点： It's a ideal destination for people who have business trip. Affordable price and convenient location, good service and friendly staff, I will come back if I have other trip in Ha Noi in the future.

评价： Stayed here before an the locked the doors with no key access from inside which is firehazzard.

This time i asked for an early checkin before i booked since i just arrived, an the young man said that was fine. A lady comes out an said she was charging me for 2 nights for a couple hour checkin , even know she said she had a room available. Really just trying to take advantage. Not staying here anymore.

优点： Very value for money, we used it as a stopover while waiting for the train to Sa Pa. Very close to the train station, very close to the train street as well. Lots of shops for necessities & food nearby.

优点： The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We arrived mid-morning, many hours before official check-in, yet, we were given a room straight away. This made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff also offered fantastic recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

评价： The hotel staff was very accommodating. They also allowed us to check-in early. We paid another 100k VND to upgrade to a twin bed room with window. It is near to Hanoi lake and train street, with many food store/stall nearby. AC was good with hot shower. However, you need to bring your own shampoo and soap. They provide small soap only.
Overall, we were satisfied with our 2-night stay here.
