评价： Beautiful location in Long Biên, friendly staff, but the wifi is quite poor sometimes. Amenities are complete, but there are no disposable razors.

评价： It’s inconvenient for those traveling with luggage as no direct loft to ur door step have to climb up and down

优点： Hotel Management team was very on point when it comes to reaching out for arrangement, making sure that my logistics were taken care of for the days leading up to the trip. Recpetionists were extremely helpful, went above and beyond their responsibilities to accomodate my very needs, given that this is my first visit to Hanoi.

评价： I requested a compact and small table for working, but they don't have it. There is no room which had a bathtub for a couple. We faced a small problem with heat water, but the stuff solves it very quickly.

评价： We just needed a cheap night for a few hours because we had a super late flight and left really early on the next day. But the bathroom was really disgusting. The room was not like on the pictures and dirty.Never again.
