优点： The customer service was great. They are very helpful with the knowledge of Hanoi.

评价： I don't want say too much. But I wouldn't wanna see this hotel again. It's a nightmare. Terrible location. I liked the uncle, he helped me load gear on my bike. That was the only thing I liked in that place. nI hope they renovate and make some changes in the place and be more aware. That'd be amazing . They got cute kids tho . Hope parents listen to their kids. They probably know more haha

评价： Jimmi the owner and his family are very kind and good . Offered coffee every day and the place is quit good to stay

评价： Room with bugs, floors flooding all night. Rude staff, was refusing to return my passport. Stayed 1 night and checked out the next day. Very aggressive man. My 3 kids were terrified of this hostile behaviour.

评价： I would recommend staying anywhere else. These owners are dishonest, misrepresenting facilities, room views have been built out and owner has not updated. Expensive, grubby room. This should be a 1 star hotel. Stay away.

评价： The place is not really central of other activities. The host is pretty pushy to get reviews and book tours. We also came back to the gate locked with a lock that we did have a key for. We were trapped inside and outside the hotel, the host laughed it off when I brought my concern. nI would avoid.
