Good location new and clean venue, attentive and friendly staff, self laundry service is a plus.nConsidered if there are aged people or any with knee/walking problems since the floor plan layout is a bit tricky, which is not a problem for me.nOverall I'd like to stay here again :)

优点： 1. Staff members are really helpful, friendly and always smiling at me. n2. Brand new hotel with modern European style. n3. Everything is bilingually tagged(English first, then Vietnamese)n4. 10 out of 10 for the cleanness.n5. Billiards, gym swimming pool available ! n6. Free laundry. (Staff neatly folded my clothes)

评价： An ideal accommodation with a modern design, clean rooms, and amenities. We had our rooms cleaned almost every day. The service is professional, and the staff is super friendly and very supportive, from the receptionists to the housekeeping. The hotel also offers various facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and a shared kitchen, but we haven't had time to experience everything. Although it is not located in the old quarter, the prices are very reasonable and all the amenities as well as the quality of service make us truly satisfied we feel very well taken care of. We will definitely come back here for our next vacation.

评价： I flew from Saigon here alone for work in the Long Bien area and chose M Village because of the good reviews. The room is very new and clean, and the receptionist Thao is very enthusiastic, helping me out from the moment I checked in, assisting me with buying food at night, and always answering all my questions about where to go, what to eat, and how to get there. This is my first time in Hanoi, and I was very scared, so such a wonderful experience at M Village truly feels like my luck. I will definitely come back here next time!

They are professional yet friendly to us and whenever I needed help regarding nearby amenities such as laundromats or a place to do nails they replied quickly and recommended places suitable and near. 评价： Reasonable price. The room is very pretty, clean, and airy. There are many other beautiful and convenient spaces. Next time I come, I will take advantage of using these spaces. The staff service is excellent. They always support customers. I will recommend it to others when they come to Hanoi.

评价： This a great hotel to stay. They provide all the services except food. However you can cook your own food as they provide all the kitchen essentials. The staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are top notch. Location is also good but the locals presumes it to be a far away location. Cab charges to old quarters will be 50-70k. This will be my go to hotel if I visit hanoi again. Highly recommended. Thank you M village long bien. I don’t recall the lady name who helped me in check in but I would like to thank her for all the help during my stay.
