评价： The advantages of the room are that it is very beautiful and cozy. 10 points for decor. I booked for 6 days because it is close to my workplace and I was quite satisfied when I first received the room due to the beautiful decor. However, for traveling, I find it very inconvenient.n1. There is no parking space. I rented a car for work and leisure but since there is no parking, I had to park about 200m away, which costs 10,000 VND each time I take it in or out, and 20,000 VND overnight. They do not have a daily rate. At 11 PM, the parking lot closes, so I cannot take my car out or park it I have to find another, farther spot. In 6 days, I spent nearly 200,000 VND on parking.n- The room is not soundproof at all I can hear all the outside noises, and it is very noisy during the day because there is a junkyard nearby, making loud noises with metal. At the same time, the room is also not soundproofed from itself, so after 10 PM, I have to talk or play music very quietly to avoid disturbing others.n- The curtains are not enough to block the sunlight, so during the day, the bright sun shines directly onto the bed 🥲 Personally, I prefer to sleep in darkness, so I do not like this as it is too bright and hot.n- The Wi-Fi is very, very, very bad. When I first arrived, a staff member guided me to use the Wi-Fi on the second floor, but there was none. I managed to connect to the Wi-Fi on the sixth floor, but it didn’t work, and in the evening or early morning, it was occasionally usable. I reported it to the staff, and later, the owner came to fix it but told me to use the one from the sixth floor even though I said it wasn't working. For the whole 6 days, I had to use 4G.n- Although I stayed for 6 nights and 5 days, my room was cleaned only once, as I requested an extra cleaning service once, which resulted in two separate requests. I was not satisfied.n- The TV and remote control do not work they are very laggy and weak.nnAlthough the room decor is very beautiful and I am very satisfied with the staff, as this is a self check-in/out place, with the above disadvantages, I feel it is not worth the price and will not choose to return again.

评价： The shower is broken, the water flows strongly at times and weakly at others. The accommodation has no parking space the outdoor parking doesn't accept cars after 11 PM. Even with the curtains, sunlight still enters the room. The furnishings are complete like a homestay the room is spacious, but the bed is only queen size.
