Review: Stayed in a triple bedroom for 2 nights. Soft mattress, quiet room, and quick check-in. Great breakfast in a well decorated buffet style restaurant. Close proximity to public transportation. The limousine bus is almost in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom were pretty clean. Only shower, no bathtub. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Positive points: The rooms were decently sized and the extra pillow request service was great. Bathroom was clean and came with amenities, however there were no toothbrush/paste sets. The bidet toilet was also a nice touch. Location is great, walking distance to a few subways stations on major lines. There were a lot of food options around the area and the convenience store is very nearby. It was also very easy to access the Airport bus, which was only a short walk from the hotel. rnrnThe staff were very kind and allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel for more than a day since we stayed for a longer time. I ended up re-booking the same hotel for my last night after domestic travel since the service was great!
Negative points: The noise insulation was not very good, some nights I could hear guests from other floors laughing loudly into the middle of the night once I turned off the air-conditioning. WiFi was also quite slow and I had trouble streaming YouTube videos.

Review: Stayed for 2 nights - easy to check in and out, staff were helpful and the room was already one of the more spacious ones in seoul for the price. There is an airport bus stop more or less infront of the hotel too - which makes heading back much easier. Would definitely recommend this place!

Positive points: Loved the 24 hour work area on the front desk floor along with free coffee. The location is very convenient to get anywhere with the subway station nearby. We walked to a lot of destinations from here. Wifi was good, and rooms were a very comfortable size. Staff put our rooms on the same floor which was much appreciated.
Negative points: We would recommend getting food at restaurants and markets nearby rather than having the buffet everyday (we didn’t have it but it looked average).

Positive points: The location was fantastic, i.e. very close to subway lines, Dongdaemun Plaza, some department stores and restaurants, and the stop for the airport bus
Negative points: The room was a bit small for 3 adults, there was not much spare room to walk after putting down our 3 suitcases (2 large and one small). Probably would be better for 2 adults and a kid.
Review: The staff are all smiley and helpful. There's always a welcoming feel. I like the lobby which has free lockers and also free flow of coffee, tea and water (24hrs)

Negative points: The bedrooms are very small. The breakfast is ok however they should’ve more choices for foreigners. Price-quality does not worst . Very expensive.
