Đánh giá: I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel, not just because of the comfort and cleanliness, but because of the exceptional customer service I received during a difficult time. I was experiencing acute lower limb pain and approached the hotel staff for assistance. One of the staff members immediately helped me find a nearby clinic and even accompanied me all the way there. He patiently stayed with me until I was seen by the doctor, ensuring I was well taken care of.nnWhat truly touched me was his genuine kindness — he even lent me his personal PMD (personal mobility device) to help me get to the clinic. His care, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much more manageable.nnThis level of service is rare and truly commendable. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a team who truly cares about their guests.

Đánh giá: Within Myeongdong itself with direct access to shopping and street food. Clean with basic amenities and advanced room door lock. Free coffee machine and water dispenser in the common area just outside the room. It seems towels of smaller accommodations in the area are all small so if you're used to large towels, bring your own. Enter via the entrance to the left of Ediya Coffee. Check-in is on the 8th floor.

Điểm cộng: The location was totally great. The night market is right across the corner. The room and the bed was comfortable and clean. Very central and close to most of the tourist spots. We will surely book here again next time.

Đánh giá: Be careful, this hotel charge children older than 12 months which I never heard about. The exhaust fan in the toilet must be ON with the toilet light, that make you feel very cold when bathing especially the baby. nnOne amazing thing is that the hotel offer free traditional Korea clothes for you to try and photo in the room.

Điểm cộng: I loved the location and the staff was helpful and not in the way. I loved the center area being set up like an outside patio. The bathroom was beautiful. They supplied chargers for all types of connections. Overall an amazing cool place.

Đánh giá: Everything was perfect. The only things we did not like were the drainage on the shower rooms clogs and takes time to get the water down. Flooding the bathroom floor tp the toilet. The aircon is not also working, it gets too warm in our room that I asked the staff to check on it. Told me the AC was not really working that I need to open the window in our room instead. nReceptionist is accommodating and nice. We checked out 8am and we need to leave our luggages for our flight in the late evening. She told us to leave our luggages in our room and they will bring it up to the reception area. Which was done. Really grateful for it.

Đánh giá: Great location as it is located right in the middle of Myeongdong street (the same street as SPAO) and very near the train station exit. Staff was also very responsive to our request. Would definitely come back again.

Điểm cộng: Everything was great. Staff was nice. They even allow me to store 6 big luggages for two days after check out.

Đánh giá: The location is definitely the best, right in the middle of action, easy to locate, check in and out was a breeze, floor was super warm, as we were there end of Dec. There was shampoo and shower gel and hair dryer provided. Towels were changed daily, rubbish was cleared daily too.

Điểm cộng: It was extremely clean, and they even cleaned our room after the night and changed our towels.nThey have a rooftop, which in the summertime is probably super fun to experience :)nThe bed is comfortable and the shower was big.nThe location is extremely central, and you don't hear the noise from the street.nnWe really enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure!
