Positive points: I loved my stay here!!! I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and was so pleased with everything. The rooms were plenty of space for me and everything was super clean! I had so much space and was such a nice place to stay for a few nights. I wasn't sure about the surrounding area because I hadn't been to this part of Hanoi before, and I found it super cute and charming!! Tonssss of coffee shops around the lake and some good food options around too! I took a walk around the lake each day I was here and definitely recommend. I had an amazing time here and will hold this experience highly always! Also the communication with the owner was incredible. We chatted on WhatsApp daily and they were SUPER helpful and always responded quickly! Also, bonus that there's a washing machine in the unit and a dryer to use in the basement of the building for free!

Negative points: The only thing that would've made this experience even better was if there was laundry detergent, dish soap, and sponges. Other than that it was perfect!

Review: Very satisfied with the accommodation, very clean, quiet, and enthusiastic management. The surrounding area is convenient for dining. I will book again if I have the chance to go to Hanoi.

Positive points: Kh đến nhận phòng nvien để kh đứng chờ mà ko có phản ứng, mải bấm đthoai, sau khi gđien hỏi chủ xác nhận phòng thì chưa trả lời lại với khách kh mà để kh hỏi lại mới bảo c chờ 1 chút

Review: The room is clean and tidy. Centrally located, near a lake, so it is very airy and not noisy. The room is spacious, but the design separates the bedroom from the living room, making the space feel more cramped. The mattress is quite saggy and not very comfortable to lie on.

Positive points: Vị trí tiện lợi, trước mặt có hồ Ngọc Khánh đẹp lắm. Phòng đẹp đẽ, như trong hình. Tivi có nexflix, youtube premium,… Điều hoà 2 chiều phù hợp cho ngày lạnh.nMáy giặt hoạt động tốt

Negative points: - mình ở tầng 2, nhưng thiếu thẻ nên đưa thẻ t3 cho mình thẻ lên t3 rồi phải đi bộ xuống tầng 2 n- dọn phòng chưa kĩ lắm, trong tủ kệ bếp có 1 gói mì tôm bóc dở kiến bu nhiềun- ghế sofa có vẻ ko thường xuyên đc vệ sinh nên hơi ẩmn- chén bát, đũa, dĩa mình thấy hơi ko đc sạch

Review: Mìn có để quên 1 túi đồ ở khách sạn, nhân viên khách sạn liên hệ mình thì mình có nhờ chuyển về cho bạn mình ở Ha Nội nhưng sau một ngày bạn mình báo là không có thì mình gọi lại số liên hệ của khách sạn rất nhiều lần, và họ không nghe máy mà còn dập máy nữa. Hy vong sẽ không có người bị lừa đảo giống mình nữa

Negative points: Check out xong mới gửi email hướng dẫn nhận phòng mkhau wifi các thứ. Lúc check in k có hdan gì làm mình p đi gọi điện hỏi từng tí. Nước nóng ko có chờ đến 7r tối mới sửa đc. Muốn đổi phòng thì hết phòng, kêu là c qua phòng khác tắm nhờ đc k vì phòng đó tối mới đên. Vậy sao k đổi mình qua bên đó luôn, rồi sửa nước nóng chờ khách đên là vừa? Có em bé nhỏ, đã gửi tin nhắn qua booking nhờ bê đồ hộ mà gọi điện mãi mới xuống. Ga gối còn nguyên vết ố vàng, khăn tắm cũng quá cũ, cách âm kém. Túm lại là trải nghiệm k mấy vui vẻ thoải mái.
