DK's Backpacker Hotel

Review: I booked it only 10$/ night but the hostel is terrible with the room like a night mare.
If you try to sleep at night you will understand what i’m saying

Positive points: Staff were wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable. Excellent location. Great value.

היו המון המון המון נמלים בכל מקום שיצרו תחושה שלא נעימה ולא היה מגבת לרגלים שהיה איכסה פיכסה

Review: Had a good stay at dk backpackers hoi an, hostel is in a pretty ideal location a short walk away from old town. All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful would definitely recommend to travellers looking for a relaxing stay.

Positive points: Very close to the old town and the staff were brilliant! Lovely breakfast each day also, good range of choice

Review: Our room is just fine for the price except for the smell of the room . The curtain looked dirty or old. The aircon is not working well so we also use the wall fan. The bathroom's window has no curtain and there's an ongoing bldg construction across. The window has gap to the wall which i think was the entry point of the cockroach i found inside the bathroom. Our first night was so inconvenient, as we keep slapping for the flying mosquitoes even when we were already asleep so we didn't turn off the light to see these flying mosquitoes & cockroach. We reported about it the following day, i requested for insect spray before we left for tour. The bathroom has dripping bidet and the shower has no hot water when we went back at 11pm. The staff are accommodating and every requests were granted. They serve light meal with fruits and coffee or tea. The location is near to tourist attractions and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Convenience store is also walking distance.

Review: Has everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is really good. Staff are very nice. Bed was comfy. Only thing was AC was broken and you had to hold the shower head. Not too big of a deal for us

Review: Habitacion grande y limpio. Pedimos una pava electrica y nos la dieron sin problema. Desayuno riquisimo! Buena atencion! Ubicacion perfecta!

No tenia ascensor y encontramos algunas cucarachas en la habitacion. El wifi en el piso 4 no funciona.

Review: The location is perfect for everything. You can rent a motorcycle and bicycle for a cheap price at the hostel but, the clranliness part. I had better cleanliness

Positive points: This is pretty good hotel with hostel vibes, you get happy hour drinks too. The host is an amazing lad, quite cool and decent behaviour. He charged me less as I was running out of cash and suggested some good places and parties too.

Review: Everything was really nice. Breakfast is good. Clean place, and friendly staff. Just the bath didn't drain very well, but it's a nice hotel.

Positive points: Good location, good wifi, spacious room and a rooftop terrace (not in use tho but there’s access to it)

Review: This hostel is in a great location for exploring the old town. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are comfortable enough. Our shower broke on first use and wasn’t replaced so we were unable to use it but fortunately only had a 2-night stay. If you are booking for the pool as a key feature it doesn’t appear very clean.

Positive points: The guy workong on the reception was so friendly and helpful, he speaks perfect english, he made our stay so much nicer! thank you. Good location, nice pool. Quiet as well, far enough away from the big loud bars.
