Review: Nice hotel in good location. Everything was really good. Breakfast was very simple so not really a selling point. No views from the window but we picked it for location and cost. Recommended.
Positive points: The room was great, the room was very clean and maintained well throughout our stay. Staff spoke English and were always ready to help. The taxi reservation to the airport was reliable and a great price as well.nnThe location was wonderful - easy access to 3 different subway lines. Convenience stores and restaurants were also very close by.
Negative points: The beds have plastic under the sheets for sanitary reasons, which made it very hot during some nights. The provided hair brushes and combs were used and had hair and dust on them. No variety for breakfast.
Review: 房间算是比较大的，位置也很好。会每天打扫还有免费的早餐。就是每次翻身床单声音都很大有点吵，隔音一般。
Positive points: The location was great for the areas we wanted to visit. Convenient to get to the metro and bus stops. Short rides to Hongdae and Gangnam.
Negative points: The bed had an interesting layer of plastic/liquid proofing, which made a lot of nose when sleeping and moving around. Additionally, the toilet space is small, which made it hard to pull pants down/up.
Review: Stayed 4 nights in a double room with a private terrace. Room was sound proof, large TV, comfy bed, pillows and cool aircon during june summer. Strong shower water and japanese style toilet with bidet. Reception staffn were friendly and nice.
Positive points: Location and cleanliness.
Negative points: Breakfast menu because it’s the same everyday, no variation during our 5 night stay.
Review: Great 3 star hotel in a lovely location close to night markets and many many eating options. Also close to metro stations and easy to walk to some spots
Positive points: Came with family and the room is very spacious and clean. Many eateries in the area and close the subway. There’s also a washing machine and dryer. Free simple breakfast

Positive points: Great location, free water daily, free breakfast. It's the same menu everyday but it's a good quality one with lettuce, tomatoes, bananas, sausage, fried egg, mash potatoes and bread. Room was spacious, bidet, smart TV. Friendly staff with limited English but google translate did the job.
Negative points: Bed uncomfortable, mattress didn't breathe.

Review: Me and my family of 5 enjoyed staying at Amare Hotel! It was clean, great location and the beds were very comfortable! One suggestion would be to have different breakfast. It was good but having it everyday for a few days in row was not enjoyable enough. Changing it every few days would be great. Overall, nice place!
Positive points: The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-In was easy and fast. It’s a great location and walkable to some of the sights.
Negative points: The room had a small window but it was located right next to the building. I was able to look into the other hotel room. So I had my window most of the time covered.
Review: The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel, rather well priced, well located lodging with a nice vibe and a decent breakfast.

Negative points: All the staff are so rude and NOT friendly, not accommodating to the guests. Worse customer service ever!! They dont even speak and understand basic English . They cannot assist you with directions, or how to use and ride the subway. They cannot even help you call a taxi. They dont have a couch or even a single chair in the lobby for you to sit.nThey have a counter in the front desk but they will not allow you to put your purse even for a moment while you are transacting with the hotel clerk. They dont allow late check out unless you pay more money. I will never use this hotel again! The location is not close to the city center like Myeongdong. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worse customer service!
Review: Requested for a room with bathtub and the staff were very prompt with helping out. My room air-conditioning had some issue as well and the staff went above and beyond to fix the issues. Location wise is also great as it is a short walk to Jongno Samga Station which is in 3 different lines.
Positive points: Close to MTR. Close to shopping and markets.

The rooms are cozy and always spotlessly clean, with top-notch housekeeping. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help. A perfect place for a comfortable stay.
