Review: the smell and feels are not too clean

Negative points: Is abit far away from the train station. But along the way to the station, there is many womenswear wholesale mall which is good shop .
Review: Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Designer Dongdaemun was disappointing. The room was not clean, and the bedsheets were in noticeably poor condition. Overall, the hygiene standards fell far below expectations. I would advise other travelers to consider alternative accommodations.
Positive points: The room was decent and spacious for the price.
Negative points: Is a little far from the subway station but along the way there many womenswear wholesale mall . We have to always call the reception for towel replacement as they always give us only one piece towel, which is irritating when we checked in as couple.
Review: It was good to stay for short period. No complain.
Positive points: Overall experience would be 6/10. Please, take into consideration that there are 2 The Designers Dongdaemun so check which one you need to go to before arriving. Other than the location, it'd say the value for money is correct at best. I was supposed to get a Deluxe Room, but I highly doubt what I got is what most people would consider Deluxe in a 3-star hotel. Pros: n- Big, comfy bedn- Shower & bath n- Clean towels every dayn- Good location subway close by.n- Right next to a 7eleven.
Negative points: Cons:n- Staff barely acknowledges you when you go in & out. Some don't even look up from their computers unless prompted. n- Room service is way below par. They only actually made my bed one out of the seven days of my stay. The rest of the days, they'd simply pull up the quilt and throw the pillows somewhat on top of it. They didn't change the sheets even when I unwillingly stained them with chocolate milk on my third day. They also didn't clean the toilet nor the bath (first night had to run water to it, I could see the layered dirt going down the drain). No dusting whatsoever. I also left two hotel provided robes on the sofa and there they stayed for the entire week. n- Only three hangers (if you don't count the one rocking from the ceiling)n- They didn't replace the soap bar.n- The mini fridge was broken on the insiden- And lastly, there were several things that needed fixing and were just there. There was actual tape to keep bed bars in place, one with a very appealing hanger ceiling high included (/s). The tap at the sink was broken and re-attached with plastic flanges. nIf you can't afford anything else and are staying for a week or less, maybe I'd say go for it but expect things not to be so good. If you plan on staying longer, I wouldn't do it.

Negative points: I wished they had more informations at the front desk like maps, suggestions on trips, spa and etc

Negative points: 1. Staff lady seemed that she has a hatred towards foreigners. She was super rude and not helpful!
Review: After I sent a request email for not to give me a smelly room when we checked in the first time, second checked in was good and no complaint.
Negative points: One staff who wear glasses, short hair, woman in the morning was not a good manner. I asked her just only one question, she answered me with bad voice, looked annoying me. Even she worked hard on that day or something made she in a bad mood. But why I was a person who supported that emotion. I just arrived there and asked her first question. nHowever, another staff were good and helpful.
Review: We got allocated to the higher level room as requested however a room smell and luckily the young male staff was kind enough to changed us to another. Thanking him for doing that.
Positive points: DISCUSTING……….. very dirty.

Positive points: The staff were great, friendly and ready to helpnnThe location really good, close to DDP and the subway stations (3 lines)
Negative points: The room cleaning wasn’t that good

Positive points: The airport luminous stops just in front of the hotel. This saved me slot since I am coming from abroad with Alot of luggages.
