It was clean, warm ( even outside was cold) i recommend it.

Positive points: I liked the overall location. The reception staff was helpful and the room was overall nice. It's a good enough hotel room, nothing too fancy.

Negative points: There was mold on the shower curtain. The bedsheets had hair on them when I arrived in the room. The duvet had some stains on them. The curtains had stains on them. The slippers provided with the room get very slippery if the bathroom is wet. I didn't visit the pool so I can't tell much about it. The corridor lights don't turn on all the time, and it's annoying sometimes.

Overall I had high expectations and it didn't deliver it.

Positive points: Nice room, great price, good location and has a clean pool on the roof.

Negative points: Staff weren't very welcoming. Bathroom blinds and wall were covered in mould.

Review: Definitely worth the price. It was clean and spacious. We only used it for a few hours in order to catch out late flight. It was only a 15min walk to the beach. It is close to a lot of eatery.

Positive points: Only location was alright

Negative points: Dirty and old hotel. Total booking price is not total. In the hotel they ask you to sign a contract with a real total price which is 15% higher. When you ask why - receptionists suddenly stop speaking and understanding English. Dirty and old room. Black long hair everywhere. "Late" checkout at 12 o’clock. I recommend hotel managers and owners to put their feet on the ground and understand that tourists don’t come to serve their money interests and hunger

Review: Khách sạn cơ bản, sạch sẽ và đạt tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh. Gần bãi biển và các khu ăn uống. hồ bơi KSan không được sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên với chi phí này thì mình hoàn toàn thoả mãn với phòng đã nhận được

Positive points: Nothing

Negative points: It’s not at all like a 4 star hotel. No basic stuffs provided like hand towel, tissues, water etc. Bathroom was not clean. Towel looks very old and dirty.

Positive points: It was really nice, property and rooms are clean. Location is really good and near many shops and restaurants. 5-10 min way from the beach depending on your pace. Super cheap too. I highly recommend

Review: Everything was great with our stay. However, do not expect do get the promissed coffee in the room as advertised on Agoda. Poor drainage in the shower, but overall really high quality hotel. Loved it!

Positive points: Made a request but the staff never even contacted me back about it.

Negative points: Bathroom curtin has so much fungus and the two beds both have hairs…

Positive points: Hotel has a great location... A few car ride from central market and dragon bridge. Staff was helpfully and kind. Room was cozy and clean.
Hotel has a great structure. Pool area is nice, sadly when I was there it rained the entire time and I could not use it :/

Negative points: Nothing, all was under the expectations
