Review: The staff is very enthusiastic and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lunch à la carte is very delicious, up to 5-star standards!

Positive points: Location and spacious rooms is what comes out... the staff is also nice and helpful.

Negative points: They closed the rooftop for breakfast... I really loved taking my breakfast up there with the nice view over the city... I really wish they had focused on that place for the breakfast and the area next to the reception for their restaurant.

Negative points: The location was isolated from the major part of the city. Great for folks who were perhaps there on business but not for people who intend to see the sights. rnThere was no attachment for a shower, had to hold the shower head in one had and lather myself with the other. Room only had a tub without any shower provision. Also the shower hose buried in the tub was FILTHY, had to clean it before even trying to use it.rnAside the summer rolls the menu for food wasn't great. Portions were small but compared to American portions, guess most are.

Positive points: Very large rooms, amazing views. The bed was very comfortable and you have a nice view of the city.

Negative points: There are no utensils in the kitchen. No fork, no knife, no plates, nothing. I had trouble understanding why this was the case when they do provide a full kitchen.
