Positive points: Affordable and the location is nice.
Negative points: The comfort room has distinct smell.
Review: Location is good on the river side. Room not spacious and not clean. Bathroom and furniture were not clean.

Review: We checked in late and we're assisted by staff accordingly. Location is near the riverside hence we can hang a lot. A great experience overall.

Lot of traffic sound...and one neighbor in hotel very loud, I heard loud sound banging the door...this happened one in morning, one in afternoon and one at night..hotel have a camera, banging the door all day and no one in hotel bothers..

Review: Stayed there for only one night but the room is nice, staff is friendly. The hotel is close to the river. It must have a good view of the river if it wasn't for the fireworks'grandstand. The only thing we complain about is the noise of the advertisement outside. It was played all day, only off at night. It was ridiculously annoying :(
Positive points: the room didn’t really match what we were expecting from the pictures but it was still a nice stay!
Review:
Our room is spacious enough for a couple. It was also well-lit and the water pressure in the bathroom is superb. The heating system is also functional. Another bonus is the access at the rooftop terrace giving me a full view of the river in front of it. Also, it's near to the city center so it's easy to go around.
I'm just bothered by the door between the lobby and the elevator. I think it opens at the wrong direction because it blocks your entry and exit to the elevator.
Overall, highly recommend if you are visiting Da Nang.
Positive points: Affordable, near to center.
Negative points: It has cockroaches. The covers are not changed. When we arrived, the beddings are dirty. We asked for housekeeping the next day but didnt change the linens. Apart from that the grave yard shift receptionist was sleeping on the bed in the reception when we reached the hotel and so hard to wake him up. Not professional. But the morning shift ammended it somehow but not satisfied.
Review:
It was alright. Among all the hotel I went to in Vietnam it was the only one in which I couldn’t check in earlier and they don’t have any services where they can book bus or tour for you. No view on the river at that time as they were building a scene or some event I think.
Otherwise, the room was ok, but could help to fix the window in the bathroom because it get uselessly hot from there since it stays open all the time, with bug net to avoid insects coming in.

Negative points: Bathroom exhaust wasn't working. Towels were limited and small size. It was an open bathtub, and an overhead shower makes bathroom slippery.
