Positive points: The owner was very helpful, i was driving from Denpasar to the guest house for 5 hours by bike and it was rainy so hard, but he waits for us and send us message try to reach us, we arrived at 12 am, the owner said, "Not to worry with payment, take a rest, we can do the payment tomorrow morning" that is very generous and caring, very helpful during our stay, we get rooms in courtyard area which very quite, peaceful and the lush greenery garden adds up the value

Review: Stayed for 10 days, went to the beach several times and no matter how clean you are there is still sand in the bed and on the floor... asked for a change of sheets after 6 days and it never happened....

Review: Extremely friendly and polite family owned place. They really put their hearts into their work. Room was big and the outdoor bathroom beautiful. When we decided to stay longer they upgraded us for same price. Only 700m to the beach where we snorkelled by the beautiful bio rock project corals, saw a giant turtle too. Breakfast was either american eggs and toast or balinese breakfast wich was different every day. No resto in the guesthouse, but several warungs within 500m. A great little local one (very local) just nextdoor, try it. The trijaya staff helped us with anything we needed, our stay was sooo easy and relaxed, as Pemuteran itself. There was some ware and tare here and there, the AC not quite powerful enough for these weathers, but these are very small things for the money you pay. We will defenetly come back here.

Review: really loved the hotel. so beautiful . as a woman i felt the front man at the desk could care less about me being alive...but the others we so kind and helpful. food was really nice, and the outdoor bathroom was so so so cool. bedrooms were clean and so beautiful.

Review: Wonderful Staff in a beautiful hidden setting. By the time I had left I had had a very insightful conversation with he owner about the Bali Hindu Religion. He gave me more incite than the 3 books I have read on it. And the Manager invited me to a wedding. I was only there 2 nights :)

Review: Such a nice place to stay , the rooms were amazing and the bathrooms even better . I think this is the best place we stayed in Indonesia . the one staff member who took our bags to our room and served us super was probably the nicest person we had met , he was so nice and a great hostess. The only complaint i have is the initial person who checked us in wouldn't make eye contact with a woman and was Pretty aggressive , did not get a good vibe
