10.0 Beautiful little wooden hut - Hoi 07-08-2024

Review: A very convenient shuttle service between the hostel and the beautiful Sumberkima Hill facilities. The pool and yoga space on the top floor are a vibe. It was very private, clean and comfortable at an affordable price. I especially loved the private lawn outside of our deluxe wooden hut.

Positive points: Good dorms, mattress was okay. Staff was so kind and always happy to help. Amazing common areas! Food at the restaurant was the best I had in Indonesia, coffee available in the common kitchen

Negative points: A bit away from everything (convenience store, beach)

Positive points: I liked that they put everything on a tab for guests to pay upon check out. It was clean and extremely well kept.

Negative points: There were ants everywhere, which is to be expected but I couldn’t eat or read without ants crawling on me or my food/belongings. also the bathroom doesn’t have a closing over the window so there are tons of mosquitos that can get into the room and shower while bathing

Positive points: Friendly staff, well organized, great food!

Negative points: Wooden house was very nice, but also very thin-walled so you could hear a lot of noises from outside.

Positive points: Awesome modern hostel. Loved the facilities and the location

Negative points: WI Fi not working in room. Also early morning wake up call at 5am from local temple was interesting

Positive points: Super nice dorms. We had the dorm to ourselves basically and the bathroom was always really clean. Pool area was nice, bed comfy, and the restaurant was really good. I could have stayed longer

Negative points: I would just add more seating around the pool and ad Netflix to the tv room as you can only play movies from your lap but I didn’t have a laptop so couldn’t use the tv.
