Hotel Pondok Sari Beach & SPA Resort

Review: trash on the beach and in the pools. Black mold on the walls. Extremely disppointing.

Positive points: The property is so lovely, with gardens, the pool, and the beach. Also the antique feel of the decor is really special.

Positive points: Great location right by the beach, very safe leaving things on the beach chairs while going in the water, which made things extremely convenient. Beautiful grounds and pool. Much quieter than south Bali, so nice for relaxing. Spent 3 days but could have spent a week!

Positive points: If we could rate higher then 10/10 we would! The gardens and grounds were idyllic. Our bungalow very clean and comfortable. The service and staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and within 50m we could be dining beach side or head the opposite direction to eat at nearby Warung. We felt like we had been transported to our own piece of paradise. Thanks Pondok Sari..we certainly hope to come back.

Positive points: The hotel and the rooms are very authentic. It’s absolutely peaceful and the gardens are luxuriants.
The hotel team, and especially the restaurant team is fabulous. Always smiling, very kind, and the manager took the time to come and speak with our group everyday.
The hotel has a dive center and they are great ! We did 2 days of diving with them and their team is awesome, from the reception, the manager, to the diving guides and boat guys.

Positive points: gardens are beautiful, beach location very good, love the old Bali feeling of it. lots of character.

Positive points: The staff especially at the restaurant and the facilities management were polite and friendly. They paid attention and addressed to the basic needs of a family with kid such as providing boiled milk for our kid on timely basis and also fixing a toddler swing. Additionally, the gardens and the overall ambience is exceptional with beach and diving/snorkeling facilities.
