Review: I booked there through Agoda, expecting a quality stay based on the photos and description. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised. The pictures were misleading, and the actual conditions did not match the expectations set by the listing.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to Agoda for support, they provided no real assistance or compensation, simply telling me to contact the property myself. This completely defeats the purpose of using a platform like Agoda, which I trusted to ensure a standard of quality and customer protection.

If you’re considering booking here, I strongly advise against it. The property is not as described, and Agoda’s lack of accountability makes it even more frustrating. Don’t waste your time or money!

Positive points: Nice pool. Great restaurant

Review: This place is the best value place I’ve ever stayed at. The room was perfectly clean (I even think they wash the mosquito nets) and is a great size, with a big comfortable bed. The AC works great. The private outdoor shower is beautiful. There is even a nice infinity pool and a small warung.

Positive points: Very nice outdoor bathroom. Good room. Nice garden in front of room. Luckily for us it was empty otherwise it might feel crammed as it’s compact.

Review: Quite, clean and the staff are friendly

Positive points: Nice balinese design, quiet and good maintenance facilities. Close to the beach. Water dispenser and shared fridge available.

Review: Our room was spacious, with an outside veranda and a beautiful outside bathroom. The pool is small but nice and kept very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, booking us tours and transport. It’s very close to the bio rock and some nice restaurants, so great location. The only issue is that our towels were quite stained. However for the price of the room, this wasn’t a big problem.

Positive points: Ria was an excellent host and arranged everything we needed and always checked in to make sure we were having a good time. The food is the best we had in Pemuteran. I can’t say enough about how talented the chef is. It’s a quick walk to the beach and better food than those places right on the water. We came as guests but left feeling like friends. The only place I’ll stay in Pemuteran now. Do yourself a favor and book here.

Review: Lovely staff, beautiful garden and good value. Not a bad place at all

Positive points: This is a little gem. We rarely organise activities and transport through our accommodation, and we never eat all our meals there. This time we did. Fair prices and the kitchen is outstanding. Try the Ceviche and the Tuna Nicoise for starters. Clean room, large and comfortable bed, friendly staff, lovely little swimming pool, free drinking water from a dispenser, a short walk to a minimart that sells wine, and a little further to the beach. To cap it off, were far enough back from the main road to have that semi rural Balinese scent in the air.
Highly recommended.

Positive points: Great value for your money. Staff was incredibly friendly and facilities very clean. Also good air conditioning and hot shower. In walking distance to restaurants and near a store but far enough away from main road that is was quite at night. Would highly recommend.

Review: I just love the place - quiet, cosy, very kind and helpful staf, best bathroom in the world.

Positive points: The homestay is absolutely amazing. It has large bedroom and bathroom, nice and clean swimming pool, and also comfortable bed. The staffs are also very kind, one of them gave free transport service to the festival in Pemuteran and offered some food to my wife and daughter. Can't say any nagative thing about the homestay with this good value.

Review: Let's get the negative out of the way first... This is not a glamorous, 5 Star resort with all the trimmings. There are no kettle or fridge facilities for example. It's also changed its name and is now the "Oma In". What it is though, is a very cost friendly option, which is well located in a quiet region of Bali that we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms are good sized the traditional outside shower is plumbed to allow temperature adjustment the four poster beds have fly nets the pool is well sized and clean, and staff are all helpful. Keep in mind that English is not their first language and Bahasa isn't yours, so communication isn't strong, but we always worked it out between us and we had a more than acceptable experience. Food from the restaurant was a while in arriving, but very tasty when it did.
This accommodation is well worth a look if you're looking for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle of Central or Western Bali.

Positive points: Fantastic rooms, which were clean and large. The staff are very friendly and very willing to help with anything you need. The homestay is a good distance from the main road, meaning it is very quiet and peaceful.
