Positive points: The calm water in the bay! PERFECT KAYAKING CONDITIONS every morning. Gorgeous landscape everywhere you look. And kayaking alongside five volcanoes in East Java was
a thrill of lifetime.

Homemade jams and bread for breakfast lovely and they packed a breakfast when we left early which was v thoughtful.
Really remote so you wake to cockerels cows gorgeous birds the sea
Lots of places to eat 10 mins walk away.

Positive points: Located in a beautiful tree lined area- a 2 minute walk to a quiet beach where you can walk to the village or to Romantic Beach! Great service, a tasty and generous breakfast and a tree lined pool! Local warungs near and in the village. They can arrange to have a scooter delivered to explore the many rural trails!

Positive points: Wonderful, sweet, accommodating staff! Great pool. Perfect for Rest and Relaxation! Staff went of their way to be helpful — motorbike rides, little gifts of bananas, many acts of kindness.

Review: Very relaxing stay at Kalyssa. The staff were lovely, the room and pool were great. Perfect for a few days of seeing a quieter side of Bali.

Positive points: -Fantastic host (Dino) and staff. Dino took care of everything with some good advice for local activities etc and let us get on with having a great time and relaxing.
-Impromptu sunset boat/snorkel trip to an exposed sandbar was the best thing we did in Bali.
-Perfect accommodation, pool etc

The place is really nice and quiet, I'll definitely recommend for a weekend (or even more), the location is just perfect to snorkle, lay on the beach, restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Positive points: Dino created a perfect sanctuary / paradise close to the beach and a short walking distance to restaurants/shops, it’s quiet and very green and the pool is exceptional! The bungalows are also beautifully designed and thought out!

Review: Chúng tôi đã đến thăm Java và có thêm vài ngày rảnh rỗi. Chúng tôi đã từng đến Bali nhưng chưa bao giờ tới phần phía tây. Chúng tôi đi phà đến Gilimanuk và tìm thấy một viên ngọc nhỏ cách đó khoảng 45 phút. Rainy và nhân viên của cô ấy rất tuyệt vời và thân thiện. Chúng tôi chỉ đặt 2 đêm nhưng sau đó thêm 1 đêm nữa vì cảm thấy rất thoải mái. Họ có một bể bơi rất yên tĩnh với ánh nắng và bóng râm, một tủ lạnh đầy Bintang và tự làm bánh mì và có mứt nhà làm cho bữa sáng. Tôi dự định sẽ ở đây một lần nữa nếu tôi có dịp quay trở lại khu vực này!

Positive points: After climbing Bromo & Ijen I was exhausted and just wanted to relax. Dino was amazing and helped arrange a pick up for me. The staff in general was very sweet and helpful. It felt like home. Rooms are super spacious and clean. The pool area is exactly as shown in the pictures and breakfast is just delicious. Thank you so much!
