Review: Beautiful resort, lovely villa and gardens, great facilities and fantastic staff. Very convenient location to access restaurants, mini mart and snorkelling sites.
Positive points: Rooms were spectacular. Loved the private pool and outdoor beds with view of the beach.
Negative points: Bats! Bat poop in the morning.

The personal is extremely friendly and
helpful. The restaurant is although not cheap but of highest quality. It is worth the money, a very good cook.
For relaxation holidays this is the ideal place.
Positive points: We were in a beach view unit for 7 nights. The resort grounds and garden at the unit are beautiful and very well maintained. Our shared pool was gorgeous and a perfect temperature during our February stay. All the resort staff (room service, groundskeepers, restaurant) were outstanding. A short walk to Biorock beach for very good snorkeling when the ocean visibility is good. The resort restaurant on the beach is lovely, and we found several other places within a short walk that were outstanding. Having the villas in small clusters seems to allow better value than if each unit was stand alone. Because it was the off-season we only briefly had a neighbor. We booked a very nice snorkel/dive trip out to the island through their dive shop.
Negative points: Really nothing. Some of their proffered services were pretty expensive compared to local alternatives. We either paid for the convenience or went elsewhere for the cost savings.
Review: Great place. Beautiful gardens, welcoming staff, and great food. Oh..... the villas are fantastic.
Positive points: Nice beach front Villas with private pool. Nice garden and facilities.
Negative points: A little bit smell coming from the shower room. Probably the drainage system was stuck and not working properly.

Very good villa resort with private pools and good access to beach. Villas are spacious and clean. Large garden and amazing views. Kids had things to do - pool table, table tennis, common pool, snorkeling from the shore on home reef.
Fewthings they need to improve: 1) tea and coffee served are very bad 2) provide some basic dishes and tools in the kitchen.
Overall - good experience. We will come back if we have another chance.
Positive points: Absolutely everything and I'm not easy to please
Negative points: Only think I can suggest is better quality softer sheets

Best ***hotel in pemuteran. The villas with a litte private pool are amasing luxurious.
Staff is always very helpfull, it‘s all in all a paradise with Kolibris and Frangipanies .
Positive points: We stayed in villa 3 and absolutely loved the location, the villa, the food and the staff.
Negative points: I can’t think of anything bad to say. It was amazing and I would go back for sure.

Location! Its an excellent location for anyone interested in scuba diving or snorkelling. a 45 mins boat ride and you are at menjangan island swimming with the wonder of ocean. How can you say there is no God + after enjoying this ?
we mostly used our own villa pool instead of the common pool, the restaurant food was good but the breakfast was limited choices, it comes with standard order of fruits, choice of bread or pancake, local coffee and fruit juice. anything extra you have to pay.
The villa was beautiful, clean. The staffs are very friendly and warm. Will definitely come back again!
The trip to get here takes about 3.5hours from the airport and it goes through some of the beautiful lakes and mountains, make sure you ask your driver to stop in all these areas to enjoy the beauty.
The trip felt so short when you are having a good time. Oh, there are some nice restaurant outside the villa like Sage...
Negative points:
the ping pong table needs an upgrade, and especially the pool table (it was really worn out and unkept) including the placement of the table which is near a pillar.
The children play area is also unkept.
You sometimes find cockroaches in the room but its expected as this place is surrounded by nature.
Review: the beach is clean and we are there during NY eve they have free live music event for guess. We even got our private pool.
Positive points: The location. Easy access to the beach. Nice view from the restaurant.
Negative points: The low quality of breakfast. Lukewarm coffee, re-toasted toasts, orange juice cut with so much water, untasty fruits, while other neighboring resorts offer much better food. Villa was not well maintained. Staff was not very friendly which is quite surprising in Bali. While we stayed 4 days for a high price, they charged us for bringing us to our next stay which was 5 minutes away. I will stop here with my comments which are clear enough.
Review: We stayed in a cluster of 4 villa with a private pool. The room I am staying is near the street and quite noisy at night as the roof is not sound proof. That is the only negative. I love the space, the complimentary breakfast choice, the proximity to beach.
Positive points: everything.Our Villa 1A was amazing.Staff exceptional.Spa treatments were the best Ive ever had and reasonably priced

Review:
It is at an excellent location and beautiful place! They have such a great potential! However sadly staff does not know how to keep clean and maintain the place. Lot of trainee staff, which is not a problem but they fail to properly teach their trainee staff. They forget to explain them how to pay attention to detail with cleaning, also to explain how to handle tourists. For example no need to have 4 servers at the table for one person!
With better cleaning, maintenance, the place would be amazing. I would still recommend the place for someone who can live with some dust, fingerprints on windows, broken items, scale, grime, etc. Basically someone who is not too attentive to details. Hopefully they will fix this.
Positive points: Location is near to the street
Negative points: The room had been emptied for so long, the water from the shower turned from dark brown into clear water. We are asking for stove then they prepared it. It seemed that they haven't prepared for our coming. Thanks God they had Teguh, he had been helped us for our needs.
