Review: The location is exceptionally good, walking distance to Myeongdong food street and bus stop with airport bus transport. Ice and hot water dispenser is available at every level. You do not need to wait for room service to provide water bottles everyday. Side-by-side cafe beside the hotel perks my day.
Positive points: There's free wifi, laundry facilities, cafeteria downstairs and washrooms in the lobby area. It was a nice touch to have a suitcase scale located in the lobby area, perfect for travellers.
Negative points: The pillows in the room is less than comfortable. They really should be replaced and one pillow per person is not sufficient. The room is decently modernized but can be cleaner. There's mold in the shower and caulking should be repaired. It's a no frills kind of hotel. We were told there's no free breakfast included in our stay, although when we checked-in, we were told there's breakfast included.
Review: Near to myeongdong shopping area and chonggyecheon river, near to minimart and airport bus, good price good facility, I booked it without breakfast
Positive points: Great location good value for our budget. I recommend for families with older kids not small children. We had comfortable beds. It is close to metro, all the locations you want to visit.
Negative points: The room we expected was poor quality, we have stayed in budget hotels and hostels before and this room provided old and dirty feeling. It wasnt cleaned well. Rooms have poor sound quality, you can hear the next room bathroom or upstairs room guest walking. The towels given had holes and was worn out. They do not change or clean every day but every 3 days. It is not enough.
Review: Room cleaning service is not provided on daily basis. Request for hotel staff to refill some toilet amenities but was not done. Have to request again from the hotel in order to have the refill. Hotel location is good. It near to the subway station and there are many eateries near by this hotel. I will give an overall 3 star besides the location.
Positive points: Staff was friendly. Great location.
Negative points: Very small room, not at all what was shown in the pictures.. Noisy from construction outside of building. Finally had to ask to be moved to another room. Dirty bathroom, shower leaked onto the floor. Had to ask daily to have room cleaned and to get new towels. Had to put trash outside of room for pickup. Breakfast was very disappointing, cereal, runny eggs, rice, pastries.

Review: Hotel do not clean your room. It needs to be requested and not automatically done. We had to request for fresh towels and they didnt clean our room for the 5 days we stayed there. They do not have any toiletries but they have 2 sticks of coffee that probably were expired because they were sour when we made coffee. The location is near a Euljiro subway 3 however, depending on your destination, this is almost useless because Subways are not efficient enough to take you from one location to another. Most efficient is taking the bus but the bus stops are 15-20 minutes by foot from the hotel. nnIf you want to go to Myeongdong night market, it will take you 15 minutes to walk to and from. nnThe location is secondary, what made us not want to stay in this hotel again is the check-in counter staff who are NOT friendly and looks like they were tired of their jobs and forcing themselves to help you even with just information.
Positive points: Very accommodating staff. Minji, Min and Tae Hin were very helpful. Close to subway, restaurants, coffee shop.

Positive points: It was a decent room and close to Myeondong if you like walking 10 to 12 mins. Great close to the train station.
Negative points: The carpet a bit dirty, and cleaning is not everyday we were told very 3rd day we stayed for 8 nights. Aircon temparature is not working it gets hot at night. We had to open the window. We tried the breakfast i was better when it was Holiday Inn express.
Review: Hotel staff is not welcoming, never greeted us once. The breakfast female staff wasn't either, unprofessional and focused more on talking than working. The room was OK, dirty in certain areas. Never received room cleaning and we only received clean towels once, when we had requested them daily. Great location, with coffee shops all around, the hotel coffee is terrible. 2/10 Hotel staff, 1/10 Breakfast staff, 4/10 Room, 9/10 Location. Wouldn't stay there again, unless it's extremely cheap.
Positive points: Location is right by the metro, lots of restaurants & coffee shops nearby. Staff was amazingly helpful, shout out to Minji and another young lady i forgot to ask her name 😕at the front desk, who went above & beyond assisting me with an issue.
Negative points: While showering, water leaks out of the shower door despite having a door.

Negative points: Breakfast - open at 7 and close at 9am on weekday is too short , and during our stay the coffee machine was out of order and they not open another one ( which standing on the bar with cover) rnCleaning - have to inform at the reception counter on daily basis
