Review: Apparently the hotel is also on a budget too. We arrived at 1pm, they charge us for 1 hr early check in. As a guess I can understand if it’s 9am check in. So I just run the ac full blast all day. We are even
Positive points: The maintenance guy was very friendly
Negative points: We booked a Suite with balcony for 480'000 VND but upon check in, the unfriendly and indifferent reception girl told us that they have no Suite availability.. She asked to cancel and then offered an economy room without a balcony for 500'000 VND. So we rebooked again a room with a balcony for 480'000 VND and she only gave us a regular room for the price of a Suite. We were tired and just wanted to sleep. This Hotel should be banned from booking sites due to their cheating practice. Room full of dust. No lights in the toilet....

Positive points: Very helpful staff especially as I am not a Vietnamese speaking tourist. They were very polite and patient with my questions when I have them. Location is great because you can walk just steps to coffee shops street food and restaurants all within a short distance….
Review: Wifi unstable, i had never heard such noise from other rooms with kids and knocking the door many loudly. The room is nice but the other customers very noisy and its not my first time i stayed in this hotel. Staff friendly not far from airport but too much noisy for me and not good wifi
