Review: Near city, great service and clean.
Positive points: Staff was very good and helpful. Bus stops in front of hotel, it is very useful for us.
Negative points: Breakfast was between 07:00-10:00. International hotels must adopt itself to international behaviors. 10:00 Is very early for breakfast finishing time.

Positive points: The location. It is next door to lotte mall and across the street from myongdong.nComplimentary water bottles.nGood wi-fi
Negative points: Old tired furniture.nOld bathroom designnAlso very small bathroom, shower in the bathtub, which is very challenging to some people and carries a risk of accidents.nThere is no complementary toothbrush or razor. You have to pay for it !!
Review: I always revisit the hotel for the last few days of my stay in Seoul. Great service and good location. You can take direct airport bus from the hotel and the checkout time is 12pm, noon.
Positive points: Staff was amazing, breakfast was great and it’s within walking distance to myongdong and insadong! We enjoyed our time there.
Negative points: None! Everyone was so nice

Positive points: Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Room was comfortable and clean. Limo bus from airport stops at this hotel! Close to metro station and walking distance to Myeondong street for shopping and eating. Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace, 20 to 30 minute walk. It's a very nice walk. Also, our room had a nice view of Hwangudan altar historical site!

Review: Just stay one night. Good Restaurants and Lounge also nice city view.

Negative points: Coffee machine wasn’t working properly even though someone came into the room to show us it was. It worked, but not properly ax it didn’t stop automatically and was too watery. But no big deal.
