The Pearl Hoi An

Review: I love my stay at Citadines. Yummy breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner. Stay were lovely and very welcoming. Things to do at the hotel and activities for kids. Next to the beach and has a pool.

Review: I had a great time here in Citadines Hoi An. I spent 3 days in this hotel after Da Nang and then transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town after.
Giving my 5 stars to the front desk CHAO who is so kind and very accommodating. She upgraded my room to an Ocean View room and even allowed me to check out late on my third day. She also assisted me in booking a free shuttle service going to Ancient City Hoi An. She is probably the best front desk Officer in Vietnam. People like her are the reason why guest keeps on coming to the same hotel. And I wouldn’t think twice bringing in some guest from the Philippines here in Citadines when I come back.
The cleaners are so respectful and they keep the rooms sooooo neat. I love everyone here. From the cleaners to the bell boys to the lifeguards and to the restaurant staffs. Have I mentioned that their bed is so relaxing and comfortable. Thumbs up.
There is a nearby family owned restaurant in front of the hotel named Be Kem Kitchen who cooked delicious food too.
Thank you Citadines Hoi An for this experience. I got the right choice of hotel.

Review: There was a concept to male this resort top notch. Unfortunately, when we visited, the expereince lacked vibe and energy. Property was clean and well staffed. Bed was confortable. We had a suite that faced the ocean. They had patio furniture as a couch in the sitting area. A bit tacky for a 5 stars resort. I would not stay here again.

Positive points: The staff were genuinely friendly, polite and always ready to help make our stay comfortable and more enjoyable.

Review: Worth paying

Positive points: The staff were amazing. Mr Dung assisted with all the issues we experienced and could not apologise enough. The other staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The pool would be amazing in warm weather. The best thing about the resort is the BUFFET BREAKFAST !!!!

Review: The whole facility is huge but not a lot were open, so you're either stuck in your room or forced to go out the hotel. At night, it even looks creepy as it is mostly dark. The walls seem very thin you can actually hear very clearly what's happening outside and almost as clear next door. The waiters weren't very helpful (e.g. we tell them we need a table for 5, they often would just let us figure it out ourselves). Buffet breakfast is ok, same everyday! I wish the waiters were dressed more neatly /presentable too. If we decide to visit Hoi An again, we will consider a different resort. On a good note, there is a free shuttle that they provide to go to Old Town and that was very helpful. However, it only starts at 2pm and last pick up to go back to the hotel is at 6pm. Not a long time but I guess you can keep going back as the shuttle is provided everyday.

Positive points: The rooms were very spacious and the facilities were great. It is a short drive form the hustle and bustle of Hoi An Old Town. Breakfast options were good serving Europe and Asian food. We enjoyed the New Year's Eve dinner and entertainment.

Review: It's a beautiful property. Really worth it for the price we paid, we were entitled to free NYE Gala Dinner. Breakfast variety was amazing!

The location is amazing, by the beach and doesn’t take long to get to the centre of Hoi An using their shuttle bus service.

The staff are amazing, they even went above and beyond when I accidentally left my watch behind. They helped me locate it, but they also ensured it was safely returned to me. Their kindness and efficiency really made a lasting impression (special thank you to James).

I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return in the future!

Review: Good amenities - but breakfast spread could be much bigger and better. Walls are thin, so you are subject to the mercy of your neighbours - would be bad if you have inconsiderate neighbours up stairs like we did. Pool is big and nice, but the beach is quite dirty.

Review: Citadines Pearl Hoi An promises much but delivers little beyond its prime location. The hotel sits near all the action, yet its charm stops at the doorstep. The breakfast? A lifeless assembly line that feels more like a factory canteen than a culinary experience. Facilities? Functional at best, lacking the flair or polish you’d expect from a resort.

It’s a place to crash after a day out but leaves no lasting impression. Don’t come here for a memorable escape—come here if all you need is a bed and a pool. Hoi An deserves better, and so do you.

Positive points: Great Staff , very helpful wished the whether was bit better to enjoy that massive and beautiful pool.
