Good to get off the plane & rest up
The swimming pool is a good size

My 3rd times repeated stay in this homestay from individual travelling to travelling to Hoi An with my family members of five...
Highly recommended..
Positive points: They were very cooperative and well mannered.
Negative points: Towels were smelly.
Review: The room is small, cute, and very clean. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. The central location is just a 5-minute walk from the ancient town of Hoi An. Definitely worth staying.

The host is very attentive and careful.
Especially during the low season, room prices are very low and the hotel owner takes care of everything, so they are very accommodating to guests.
The staff may encounter some limitations in being as accommodating to guests.
It's very close to the old town, just a few minutes walk away.

Spacious and beautiful room with both balconies and a bathtub.
Positive points: Always welcoming, this is the second time I've visited this establishment. The first time was alone for the Lantern Festival in April, and then I came back with a friend in May. The room was spotless ! We even booked a tour through them, which we recommended to others the following day. I highly recommend them :)

The location is pretty nice! The landlords are nice, but not the best English.
The rooms and beds were nice enough.

Negative points:
I felt that it was all a bit chaotically managed. I booked a room on here with a bathtub but then only received a room with a bathtub after some arguing and the host considered it as a "free upgrade" that I should be grateful for.
I'm sure this page said there are free bikes with the property, the bikes actually weren't free but super cheap so it's ok, but a lot of inconsistent information.

Easy and recommendable.
The hosts can organise transport and trips if you require and have access to bikes and motorbikes.
Slight communication issues but would stay here again and very close to the old town.
Positive points: Very helpful in every way. Advice, booking trips, good information all around and a very friendly lady of the house. We got invited for breakfast during the Têt holidays. Felt like part of the family

Good location. Very close to ancient town. Food is easily available.
Our room was generally clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable, and there is a mini fridge and an electric kettle but no coffee cups. The bathroom needs some attention. The bathtub and basin need a good scrubbing.
The housekeeper is friendly and does her rounds regularly.
Positive points: Very helpful and friendly people. Our room was very comfortable and everything was clean and worked. They organised tours, bicycles and transfers for us. Kind and good value.

Negative points: Owner not reliable, smartly changed price on the fly on booking while I was booking second night on site, we called booking.com bit nothing could be done to help. More over owner cancelled our booking reservation after we spend the night there! To avoid fees that actually charged us with. I had to become vocal to return me the fee in cash... The owner was not smart enough on this one as we returned to pickup our luggage's otherwise he would have had cashed the booking fees in instead of booking platform. I do not recommend this hotel not serious and dishonest.
Review: Amazing location an lovely staff
Positive points: Very good location close to the center. Clean and spacious rooms, good a/c, nice big shower/toilet with proper hot shower, generally quiet place, free water refill, nice hosts.
Negative points: Blankets were a bit too warm for the season, but not a major issue. Be aware that host might sometimes sleep on the groundfloor next to the kitchen, not an issue just info.

The owner was very nice, brought our luggage up. (no elevator). Quiet neighborhood, nice room with balcony, modern kitchen.
