Review: Room rate ok but not good service so you can serve by yourself

Review: The place is by the river. You can literally walk a few steps from your room and dip your feet in the water. We stayed during Tet and we guess a summer stay must be great. Just go out for a swim or rent a boat to check out the surroundings. The host went all the way to make sure we have everything we need! We will definitely be back.

Positive points: My favorite place to stay in Hoi An. Perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Review: Nicely tucked on Cam Kim, just one km away from the busy Hoi An. If you want to experience an amazing stay next to the water way and paddy fields, this is the right place to be. The homestay is great otherwise and giving the best views on the water way... Nothing better than wake up there in the morning and enjoy nature.

Review: Found this little piece of paradise, after hours of searching online! Breathtaking welcome as we arrived on a narrow strip road with the river alongside... Our host, lovely Madam Chau and her family reside within the premise, and rarely intrude with their presence. She is comfortable and converses in English too, offered fine suggestions for great places to dine at, and places to visit.

Take a walk around the neighbourhood, you'll find some truly delicious pho, Vietnamese coffee, a tiny convenient store, and delightful villagers offering smiles and warm gentility... We made our daily journey on the the steel bridge that links us to the Ancient Hoi An town across the river. You can also choose to hire a Grab ride, or find transport services to arrange visits to some beautiful sights. The Hoi An folks are very helpful too, even if you don't speak the language, you'll be understood with some key words and simple hand-sign language!

Our stay is a beautiful fond memory at The Boathouse, we felt like part of the family. Our room on the top floor has a lovely back view too, lovely sunrise and sunset moments. Spacious and clean, tended to daily by our effervescent housekeeper. We miss you all, will visit someday... soon again!

Review: Our group of 4 had an amazing experience at Boat House. The scenery was pristine and peaceful with the riverbank in front of the guesthouse. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and reasonably priced 👌👌. The homestay owners were very hospitable and welcoming. We will definitely come back!!!

Positive points: The river view was amazing. Really quiet and peaceful area.

Review: Probably the biggest issue we encountered was that the room we were placed in for the first day was not cleaned properly. We found a pair of dirty damp underwear hanging behind the bathroom door. There was dark long hair on the bathroom floor and on the brush. We also had to change rooms as the room we actually booked was occupied by someone else for the first day of our two day stay, so we had to change times

Review: Ko có xe đạp cho khách đi lại, ở xa trung tâm nên di chuyển rất bất tiện. Bồn cầu vệ sinh xả nước lúc được lúc không.

Review: Đường vào homestay qua 2 cây cầu hơi sợ nhưng bù lại homestay có 2 mặt đều là cạnh sông, có view hoàng hôn/bình minh rất đẹp. Chủ nhà cũng rất thân thiện. Cũng kh xa trung tâm Hội An lắm. Phù hợp cho ai thích yên tĩnh, chill chill

Review: Homestay rất tốt với chủ nhà thân thiện. Luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Phòng rộng lớn hiện đại với tầm nhìn đẹp ra nước. Khu vực yên tĩnh nhưng trung tâm thành phố có thể đến bằng đôi chân hoặc xe đạp (bạn có thể thuê miễn phí). Cũng có thể thuê xe máy và họ cung cấp dịch vụ giặt ủi. Sẽ lưu trú ở đó lần nữa.
