Positive points: 1000% would recommend, we originally booked staying here 5 nights over new years - we ended up staying over two weeks! This place was perfect, lovely room with the loveliest house keeper who gave fresh towels, water and toiletries every day, such friendly owners aswell.
Our room was big, clean with its own bathroom and balcony, super comfy bed.
The location was perfect, we were travelling with a bike and there was plenty of parking and hoi an old town was only a scenic 8 minute ride away (walkable if preferred) but peaceful enough to get a good nights sleep away from the nightlife.
Wouldn’t think twice about booking here again if I came back to hoi an, we had the best stay 😊

Positive points: Amazing place! Clean, peaceful, pretty and a nice breakfast. You can rent bicycles and motorbikes, a few kilometres to the centre.

Review: The place is a house that is kept and cleaned like a hotel. The only down side is this place is a 10 minute drive away from the tourist attractions and restaurants. But if you want peace and quiet, this is a great hotel.

Positive points: Everything was great, the host and her family were so lovely, they prepare the best banana pancake ever with the Vietnamese coffee
Everything is great, the rooms, the service ... we got two scooters from the villa, laundry service, pick up and drop off, as well as many activities, we did a cooking class( suggested by her ), coconut boat and a trip to the market and it was a wonderful experience ( you all should try it ).
I'm not exaggerating but the people make the experience better than anything else, i want to thank the hole family for making my stay in Hoi An wonderful 😍

Review: Host is warm and friendly...and her dog is super cute! Loved the property, very peaceful. Breakfast is limited but delicious. Slightly far from main attractions in Hoi An, but if you've a bike/car then there's absolutely no problem.

Also is a plus the breakfast .
The lanlady help me with everything , she gave me the best exchange money , best price for the motorbike and also last day I need to leave early because I had bus early morning and the lanlady woke up early just to make me the breakfast.
Really raccomend this place

Positive points: The owners are so lovely and friendly. Breakfast included which tastes amazing ! Best we have had traveling. Rooms are clean and big , the garden area is beautiful. You can do laundry here, and also rent scooters no problem. 10/10 recommend.
