Positive points: It was amazing! I lived here for 20 days, it was sooo comfortable! Very quiet, calm, clean (good free cleaning!). Beautiful garden near the house, very nice neighbor. Low price and very nice owner!

Positive points: very clean place despite it being in a village, and quite close to old town. 7 minutes by motorbike, 15 minutes by bicycle. if u walk it might be a bit far.

Positive points: This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, organised homestay in a lush, gorgeous garden, run by a lovely family with free bicycles. It’s really good value and you have the advantage of being part of authentic village life. If you want to be a little off the well-beaten tourist track, or if you are a digital nomad, this is a perfect spot. Highly recommend.

Positive points: We had a wonderful stay at Nguyen Duy homestay. We really felt like home here. Rooms were very spacious and had many facilities like desk, air conditioning, cupboard, and fridge. We can use the washing machine for free. Also, there are free bicycles available, which were a really great option to explore the village and Hoi An. Property has a beautiful garden and lots of trees, which were a blessing as it was a little hot when we visited. There is a separate kitchen that the guests can use with all the required utensils. Lastly, the hosts, they are the friendliest people we have met and are very helpful. They invited us to join them for a family function and we had the best authentic food there, this was a wonderful experience for us as we travel for these kind of moments and experiences. Also they allowed us to extend the stay for a few more hours and dropped us to our bus stop at free of cost, these are really appreciated. It's very budget friendly and we highly recommend staying here. It will always remain as a place to stay whenever we visit Hoi An❤️. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience..!

Positive points: The place is gorgeous, the room was very large, well decorated and lovely and clean. The gardens outside were very beautiful and the location was quiet.
There are even a few cats that live outside who are very friendly.

Positive points: This place is just perfect! Big garden with lots of trees and places to seat, amazing people. The room is very big, with tables and a balcony. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need, filtered water to fill your bottle, and free use bicycles! What could you ask more?

Positive points: The owners are amazing. Everything was perfect and we loved our stay here. We had a problem with our bathroom but they fixed it immediately. They wanted to pick us up for free and brought us to the nearest bus station. We recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

Positive points: This homestay is located just outside of town, making it a great option for those seeking a peaceful stay. However, it's still just a short bike or bicycle ride away from the bustling Hoi An center. Guests can enjoy long bicycle rides through the picturesque villages and rice fields while enjoying the company of the friendly staff and long-term residents. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furniture and interior.

Review: Một nơi rất đáng ở ạ, tuy đi lại bằng ô tô thì hơi xa, còn đi xe máy thì đi cầu Cẩm Kim cũ chỉ cách phố cổ HA 2km. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng, đủ tiện nghi. Có cho thuê xe máy rất rẻ. Lúc về munhf không gọi được taxi còn được chủ nhà đưa ra tận bx Hội An ạ
