Review: We stayed one night at a place that was unstable. I booked a room with two beds through the app, but when we arrived, there were none available, and the staff gave us a temporary mattress. On top of that, the air conditioner was old, it turned off at night, and we couldn't turn it back on. At midnight, I had to find a way to call the staff to fix it, but in the end, they couldn't fix it either. I had to borrow a fan to cope, which was even worse than being at home. Without air conditioning, it was suffocating. Over 500,000 VND for such poor service for one night is really unacceptable.

Review: The room is spacious, however the hot water is weak, and the water pressure is very low.

Review: Not honest, although I booked a prepaid room through Agoda, when I arrived to check in, the guesthouse owner held the room for another guest and gave me a room of poor quality, not matching the quality of the room I booked. We had to protest, and the staff took about 2 hours after two room changes to finally return the room as per the reservation code.

Review: The host is friendly and lovely. The view of the fish pond and the orchid garden is very beautiful and cool. However, there are a few mosquitoes, and the water pressure is a bit weak. The dining location is nearby and convenient to get to.

Review: There was a problem between Agoda and the hotel, but Agoda has resolved it. The hotel is in an alley but has easy access for cars, located right in the center, convenient. The hotel owner is enthusiastic. I got a good price through Agoda, and I will come back next time.
