Review: The room is clean, and the staff is friendly.
Review: No hot water. I had to take cold showers for 3 days. I would not come back again.
Positive points: The location is good for walking to many sights in town. It’s also near a new mall with a large grocery store underground. The facilities are good.nnWhat I really appreciated was how the staff went out of their way to help me! I had numerous issues with a bus ticket, they made sure I was able to buy it AND have transport to the bus station. Thank you for your help!
Negative points: I had a lukewarm shower my first morning, and no hot water at all the second morning. I forgot to ask about it after the first shower, but really, I shouldn’t have to ask about hot water.
Positive points: great location
