Review: The hotel's location is quite convenient, right in the center, making it easy to move to dining and sightseeing spots. This is the biggest plus during my stay.nnHowever, the overall experience was disappointing:n- The attitude of the female staff in the morning was unfriendly: When I had questions about the service, the response I received was rather curt and unprofessional.n- Poor soundproofing: The room was not soundproof, making it easy to hear conversations and door openings from surrounding rooms. I woke up at 3 AM to move, but I could not nap at noon due to the prolonged and loud drilling noises. This seriously affected my stay experience and health during the trip.n- Lack of transparency in rental car pricing: I rented a car from 7:30 AM and returned it at 9 AM the next day, which was about 1 hour and 30 minutes later than the original rental time. However, the female receptionist informed me that an additional half-day rental fee of 100,000 VND would be charged, even though the full day rate is 120,000 VND. Although I paid in full because the pickup time was approaching, I felt dissatisfied because the additional charge policy was not clearly communicated beforehand, leaving me in a difficult situation under time pressure.nnI hope the hotel will improve its service and communication with guests to live up to its prime location and inherent potential.

Positive points: My stay was very nice. The hotel provides good service and facilities. nRight in the city centre with a basement for parking.

Review: The hotel room is clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The receptionist is very charming and enthusiastic, guiding me to a great place for dinner. I will come back next time when I visit here.
